The source (or input) controls the coil or the switch. I take it you are not familiar with relays, but the input current controls an on off switch, there is no output. It the case of my example the switch controls batteries, but it is separate from the source or input. If you go to your light switch and turn it on, you are the source or controller of the switch, is the output then another human being? No, the output is whatever is connected to the switch, in this case, house current.

11 pin is different, terminal 10 is + and 2 is -, 1 and 4 are nc and 3 is open until energized ,2 and 6 have to be jump wired together to work
