Gonna try to grind out in gym soon and watching different videos on getting lean I’m kinda clueless on good form and exercises for certain muscles. Chest n arms what I wanna focus on at first gonna check out ur other videos. This video was helpful 💪🏽 any simple apps u know of for tracking calories and stuff like the numbers ?
Glad to hear that you‘re motivated! MyFitnessPal is usually pretty good for tracking calories in my opinion, and thank you so much for watching, happy that I could help you out🙌🏼 you got this
@@sufferyetgain the best way is to calculate your maintenance calories with online calculators or use the goal tool on the app, and then aiming to eat around 300kcal less than your maintenance calories to lose weight. Hope that's what you meant!
@@sufferyetgain i would say high protein, low sugar, medium carbs and medium fats as well. Good Fats are very essential, even when trying to lose weight. The quality of your calories definitely matter😊
When I quit drinking for health reasons, I dropped quite a bit of weight and my mood became much more stable. Currently my muscle tone is where I want it and I am focused on losing fat gradually with some tweaks to my diet. I am also aging and my work now has more repetitive keyboard and mousing, so I have increased my forearm exercises and overall flexibility training.
