Sensei Higaonna, you are the best! The IOGKF gave me a purposeful childhood and built me to be a man. I will be always grateful to my Senseis for their teaching.
Thank you for protecting the true karate! Greetings from Hungary.

This is weird!! I don't mean that in a bad sense, as I do all these exercises!! I'm a retired aikidoka teacher from the Tomiki School... I also did amateur boxing and judo before taking up the Tomiki style of aikido.... I also did karate for about a year in 1974 - 1975, but did not know the style I was practising, so it must have been Goju ryu as the exercises are identical!! I also practice Isometric/Isotonic exercise as part of my conditioning exercises and also do isometric stretching even though I've retired from teaching... It certainly keeps one fit & healthy!!

Go ju ryu is strong and great, these exercises seem primitive but they work, with right breathing and combination of tense and relaxation.Anyway this is 0.0000001 % of what this great style can offer.Thank you for the post!
