I pulled apart some dried up marigolds and scattered them around the fence line. Once they appear, pretty much self maintained. I water the dry places few times a week. That's it.

My guess by visual observation would be 80 to 90% severely macerated coco pith 10 to 20% organic material. The organic material made from Either well mixed topsoil for organic, or any 90 day feeding formula potting soil.
Edit* it's possible this person used 100% Coco pith. You just have to replant as soon as first leaves are forming and cotyledons are changing colors. At this point the root structure is very tender, and most horticulturalists will include the 10 to 20% organic material to allow second and third nodes to form as well as root structure to expand and solidify for transplant without damaging☮️
