I just got a dutch oven and I am adding a brisket to my next order. This looks so good I have to wipe the drool from my keyboard :)

The meat in the video is not the meat you get.
I get small point pieces that are 2/3 hard fat.
    Barely any meat.

Hello I love the Dutch oven is it the 6qt Lodge you're using? I saw they make a 6qt and 7.5qt red enameled one.
    Thank you for an answer.

My advice as a long term Butcherbox customer…do NOT buy their “brisket”
You may be lucky and get a decent little flat piece like in this video, but you are just as likely, maybe more, to get a small point piece that is 2/3 - 3/4 hard fat. Barely worth the cost of the energy to cook it, let alone the purchase price.
