House of the Dragon Season 2 is almost here and today HBO released not one but TWO small trailers in anticipation of the upcoming season in June! One trailer showcases the "Greens" (Hightowers supporting Aegon) and one showcases the "Blacks" (supporting Rhaenyra). Which side are you on? And are you excited for season 2?

Viserys was a dreamer. He dreamt of his son on the throne. He told Alicent and he told Aemma. Regardless of what he said on his death bed, that prophecy was true. So blaming Alicent isn't entirely fair. All of this is Viserys's fault. He could have called a council like his grandfather. He could have wed Rhaenrya and Aegon.
Both sides have horrible actions but I am still clearly on team Black and on Rhaenyras side since she tried to be peaceful and held back
Not just that.. but her father made her heir and NEVER relented. It’s simple…. 🖤

The show changed that to make her and alicent seem better, in the books it’s clear, they both wanted power
If she wanted peace, she should have bent the knee to the one true king aegon😂
@@laminar0886 You know that since your are a third POV. Alicent doesn't. Viserys repeatedly told Alicent about his dream of a son being born with the conquerors crown.

The potential that scene has to keep the world in a chokehold is astronomical. I hope the crew and actors give 101%. Cause Healena's actor has the chance to win an emmy with her performance.

I loved season 1, I wasn’t a huge fan of Rhaenyra and Alicient losing a lot of their agency to Daemon and Otto but I suppose it makes sense that the historians wouldn’t be kind to women. Hopefully in season 2 we see a more ruthless side to them both.
Like most people, I always assumed that Aemond intentionally killed Luke, but it does fit with the book, and it's a choice I liked. It's going to be very interesting to see where the show comes down on who ordered what when it comes to B&C. It's something I've been intensely curious about since I heard they were making this show. I'm looking forward to finding out even if I'm not looking forward to watching the horrifying results.
I never assumed that becasue I thought it was dumb to start the war like that. It is not a big win by any measures and it ensures that your opponents give you no mercy. It only makes sense that it was an accident.

Aemond would be the only reason to root for Green. The show has really stacked the deck in favor of rooting for Black.
Nah. I support the Greens for Tyland Lannister, th Golden Lion,
Neither side is outright good, I know bias sort of blurs those lines. Both commit horrible acts, as war does call for. With that being said, Team Black without question. Alicent shifted my understanding on how I felt about her in episode 9, but the rest of the greens are absolute scum of the earth.
I dont think Healena is scum of the earth and Otto knows how to rule more than Daemon and Rhea for sure. The rest are not so good but more entertaining
@@rexibhazoboa7097 Helena you could take out, I can agree there. Otto is very smart, but also just piece of shit. Put his daughter through hell, and then completely betrayed his 1-day old dead king. Alicent and Helena are the only ones where I can, for the most part, understand there reasonings. Aemond is an awesome character, but I’d be completely fine seeing him and his brother burnt to a crisp at some point.
Who is rhenerah ? She is a nobody without her dragon . A person who can't even defend herself is gonna defend the realm ?
