    There was only background music and you have not given the proportionate qty.of u.dall rava and ragi and how long it should be soacked etc. Confirm reply

      Ingredients
      Urad Dhal - 1 cup
      Idli Rava -2 cups
      Ragi Flour - 2 cups
      Salt - 2 tsp
      Soak the Urad dhal and Idli Rava separately for 3-4 hours.
      After 3-4 hours, take a mixie and grind separately. Urad dhal ground to smooth texture. Idli Rava can be a very smooth texture or a little smoother.
      Now mix the Ragi flour in water and add it. Then mix everything with salt to a consistency of Idli Dough( neither thick nor thin)
      Allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours. After 8 hours it would have doubled in size.
