India's Aditya-L1, 1st solar mission, reaches destination between Earth and Sun

- India's space agency, ISRO, has successfully deployed its first solar mission, Aditya-L1, to a point between the Earth and the sun on Saturday. The spacecraft was launched in September 2023 and reached its destination within the anticipated four-month timeframe.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the efforts of the scientists and said in a post on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, that “India creates yet another landmark. It is a testament to the relentless dedication of our scientists in realizing among the most complex and intricate space missions."
India's Earth Sciences Minister Jitendra Singh said on Saturday the Aditya-L 1 "is going to discover the mysteries of the sun."

Scientific collaboration benefits all the partner countries and the human civilization as a whole. USA cooperated with USSR for ISS project despite their tensed relationship. India will do the same. If ISRO has to collaborate with China or Canada then they will. Infact India has signed MoU with China for cooperation in space and then recently signed Artemis accords with NASA which Canada is part of.
