- Sorry my audio was recording through one channel only on this and a few of my other recent videos. I just fixed the problem for all my future videos, but I can't change the audio on this upload.
amzn.to/3kdZnpq - Standard Motor Products RY-731 Turn Signal Relay (used in the video).
Just a quick video on my daughter's 2007 Honda Accord that was buzzing while using turn signals. Sometimes the signal indicator on the dash would blink intermittently, but the buzzing noise was a great indication that the Signal / Hazard Flasher Relay was bad. You don't need to remove any panels under the dash to change this relay. You can do this yourself and save some money. I am told that this also is a common problem on 2005 - 2010 Honda Odyssey, Ridgeline, and possibly more Honda Models. You may need a small flathead screwdriver to help pry the plastic tabs loose to remove the old relay.
The OEM Honda part is made by Omron:
Honda 38300-SDB-A03
Replaces
Honda 38300-SDA-A03
Relay Assembly, Turn Signal And Hazard (Omron)
The local Honda Dealer wanted $48 just for the part, but I went with the aftermarket one on Amazon because it had great reviews and cost less than half of what the dealer wanted.
Thanks for watching!

*Thank you man,i got pulled over for not "using my turn signal" but the officer told me if i fixed the problem i wouldn't have to go to court nor ticket.*
Bruh I’ve been dealing with the same thing for months wow thanks bro I’ve been lazy to really investigate but I’m sitting here I’m like let me search to see if anyone else had this problem and I come acrosss this video so perfect gonna do that tomorrow that’s exactly the problem
Omg this worked! I’ve been struggling with this issue for 3 months know... My dad is the type to never do anything involving issues with cars. I honestly didn’t want to fix it myself bcs the men at the auto part store just look at you funny but…I searched this up. Right away went to buy it and changed it. It was a hassle taking out the old one but it worked!!!! Thank you so much :)
So happy to hear that you fixed it!
Take care,
Dan
Thanks for this video. I have an '07 V6 Accord Coupe so the video may come in handy.
Also, congrats on getting to 250K miles. Mine just hit 145K.
Thank you very much. Instructions were super helpful. '04 V6 Lx
Does this work for my issue which is the right arrow works perfectly find but my left arrow doesn’t light up anymore and neither do the left signals outside of the car
Thanks for your information, it's very helpful.
Thx for the video. I have this exact problem on my Honda Accord 2007. However when I click on your link to Amazon for the part and enter the information, it says it will not fit my car. My car is a Honda Accord 2007!
So sorry, I’m not sure why it would say that it doesn’t work as I also have a 2007 accord 4 cylinder. I am not sure if there is a different part for a v6…, or maybe it’s a mistake? You might try a local auto parts store to see if they carry it?
Best of luck with it.
Take care,
Dan
@@DantheFixitMan I also have a 4 cylinder. I will check with an auto parts place. Your video was spot on . Thx
Problem solved, thank you!
I think this is my problem although the blinkers also flicker but I will change this out either way. Thank you so much!!!
Please Let us know if that solves your issue.
Thx!

That left side signal not lighting and signaling is the correct fix by changing the relay left side panel by the hood lever thanks very much bro you the men.
@@DantheFixitMan Yes solved the problem and I actually fixed it myself. First time ever repairing something in my car on my own. Thank you!
@@andyd3447 Happy to hear this fixed your issue! Thanks for letting me know.
