Same as Arcade Fire. Win likes to fall, crowd surf, sing along with the and even let them lead(Lollapalooza Brazil 2014). Then there are divas and they suck. The Jets(Samoan) were known for reacting with the crowd. You gotta love bands like that.

One of the best songs to come out of the 90s, and even better with the ukulele !! Funny they said they didn't know how to do it acoustic, yet I have been playing and singing this song , all on my own with my guitar for 20 years ! 🤣 (RIP ukulele)
Compared to their other 90 counterparts, it’s great to hear Dexter sing EXACTLY with the same vocals after so many decades.
Half step down tuning
That’s the key to success
Lol
The original is in A
This one is in Ab
Makes it easier for the vocal
No need to reach the A4
G#4 is easier
He sounds better. Back in the day he sounded great on record and awful live.
Axl Rose comes to mind.....
hugo bonin the tuning isn’t A or Ab the tuning was E standard and then Eb standard, if you’re talking about the key it was in C major but now it’s in Cb major. 😉
I think it helps that he has a naturally high voice

Maybe the most underrated lead vocalist in rock - and he doesn't seem to have lost any of it over time.
Plus finished his PhD in Microbiology
I'm thinking the exact same thing. He still sounds great.
Agreed, he can sing pretty high!
Not to mention...that song is a voice cooker. Truly impressive.

The more you suffer
The more it shows you really care, right, yeah, yeah
Now I'll relate this a little bit
That happens more than I'd like to admit
Late at night she knocks on my door
She's drunk again and looking to score
Now I know I should say no
But that's kind of hard when she's ready to go

Funny they said they didn't know how to do it acoustic, yet I have been playing and singing this song , all on my own with my guitar for 20 years ! 🤣
(RIP ukulele)
