I watch your channel all of the time, but didn’t see your review of the Lion Loc products before I bought it. I had already received the oil and the rosewater but hadn’t used it until this morning. I came in here to get a review and low and behold you popped up. 😁 and have such a great review and I had been researching all of the ingredients of the oil, that I finally tried it this morning. I absolutely love it! I’ve bought so many other oils that didn’t seem to do well for me , but like you, I really like the Lion Locs just seeing how it is working in my hair. Thanks for your video and review. Are you still using the Alikay 17 essential oil? I bought that too. Lol
You're so welcome ! I do still use the Alikay Naturals. I use it primarily at night. I like using the Lion Loc in the morning because of the scent =)

Oh so you only use the advanced rose water and their oil products. That’s great because I was skeptical about using the moisturizer throughout my hair. Thanks for the video beautiful, I’m going to try this routine!

Your locks are beautiful. I love the sheen they have. I was just about to order the rose water spray but then I saw that it has olive oil so it will not work for me. Olive oil makes my scalp itch so bad. Keep the videos coming. Have a great day!

Your locs are just gorgeous. How do you keep them so straight? My starter locs (2.5 weeks in) are wavy and curly interlocks. I wonder if they’ll get straighter as they grow. Oh, and yess Im about to hit Amazon up for the whole Lion Locs line. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much! Mine just got straighter as the matured. Mine are about 3 years old in this video. They were pretty straight by the end of 2 years.

I'm 4 months into my locs, first timer. Should I use the lion locs cream moisturizer; rosewater; or the saltwater? I don't know what to use when. My hair can still get dry and frizzy, but it's only 4 months so I don't want conditioning or moisturizer to undo it. I'm free forming now--only did the initial locs/twist 4 months ago.

I don't know if I am the right person for that one. I procrastinate quite frequently and end up scrambling during most exams. I really don't know how I made it this far in my higher ed journey lol!

They actually have a locking spray, that is supposed to help the locs lock faster! I saw it on Amazon. I am assuming they did not send it to me because my locs are mature.

Did you start your locs off with two strand twist?
Hi! No, I have sisterlocks, so they are started with interlocking. I actually tell people to proceed with caution if they want locs that are as small as mine, and they start with two strand twist. I'm not saying it definitely won't work, but depending upon your hair type and density, starting small/microlocs with two strand twist, could result in some less than favorable results.
Can you use any of those products on not matured locs?
I know others do use them on baby locs. I personally would only use the rose water on baby locs. I would use the oil on my scalp if I had baby locs, but I would definitely not put it on my locs directly, but everyone does things differently. To his, his own ya know =)
Hi could you share some tips on how to repair damaged roots this is an issue I have with my sister locs and not sure if I should cut them or leave them.
I've never experienced that, so I currently do not have any tips on damaged roots =(
I have had poor scalp health in the past. I could make a video about that.

Can you suggest a good brush to use for SLs
I just use two very old brushes from the beauty supply store. They are so old the brand name isn’t on them anymore. I will say they are soft bristle brushes. Other than that, I’m so sorry, I don’t have a specific recommendation, because I haven’t tried any others.
