killing the tree spirit with a melee build sucks so much, i dont have that many arrows and he got unstuck right at the very end and then I choked
go back up the tree when you spawn him. use fp flasks and use mighty shot, i killed him with 85 arrows and 40 bolts, didn’t get hit once on the tree branch
eat anti scarlet rot balls and then just base attack him into death staying under his body. With simple build it takes 1-2 mins, with bleed build it takes 10-15 sec (90+ lvl)
I use milenia weapon maxed in the hill so the boss go down and let me heal and was not that hard

Personally, I found it easier to fight the commander on foot and deal with the ghost on horse back, every time I attacked him on my horse, I was punished 😭
I think you can get the prosthesis tailsman too if you Don’t fall or talk to her and just kill her. Not 100% sure though I’ve definitely seen it done now.

Not that I know of, it wasn’t a glitch, it was just a doable thing in the storyline because she had it at this point. As long as you got her the prosthesis from the shaded castle you should be fine

I did everything in the guide but Millicent doesn’t leave the prayer room and no summon signs spawn after I killed the boss, what do I do???

@@kawanrdk4513so what I did to fix the problem was just go back to every previous location that she was at and just spammed her dialogue till she started repeating everything at that location

So what happens if the hooded guy in Caelid got killed by one of those dogs while I was talking to him. It was after I healed Millicent and I've found her in the Calig tree so all that seems ok. Can I still get the talisman he gives?
Is it possible to beat this quest if you’ve already beaten the game? I’m pretty sure I already beat commander O’Neal but I don’t see the needle in my inventory and gowrys still telling me to get it. Also I barely met millennia at the church of the plague just now
It's commander O'Neal in Calid. has 2 locations oddly. If you killed him In castle sol he should still appear in the calid swamp

maybe you dying cancelled out the tree spirit's death

This happened to me my first time.
For some reason using the sacred tear in the turtle church fixed it.

@@AIenia update I beat him like right after I said that just use a bow or any magic stock up on arrows, allocate flasks to more cerulean than crimson, and then when you jump down to the area spawn the boss then there should be a branch to the right from where you came jump on that then jump up back to the branch u came from and just keep on shooting him until he dies

Unfortunately, the quest broke down for me. I gave her this prosthetic after I became an Elden Lord and she no longer appears anywhere in any of the places you've shown here.
Maybe it's for the best. Better that she disappeared than to see the end of such a cool girl.
Edit: mayby seamless coop mod is still problematic. Idk.
I usually do her quest after beating the main story, that won’t affect her questline. Yeah it’s almost certainly any mod you have installed that could be breaking the quest for you
@@GamingExploits I think I managed to activate her quest after those five days since I wrote the first comment. I made progress by killing bosses from the DLC and because of that, suddenly Milicent appeared next to those windmills. And now I'm going back to watch your video further because I can't remember where she continues to appear ;D
Edit: By the way, during these 5 days, I messed up the quests of Freja, Leda, Moor, Thriollier because I very quickly found Messmer completely by accident. I'm the unlucky one.
As a newer player, this guide was a little oversimplified. I had to look up other tutorials to get to the mention locations such as the haligtree.
Also, the main reason I looked for this tutorial was to get the needle, which you get after leaving and coming back to millicent. I think this should have been mentioned.

Ng+ basically beat the game and it will restart the whole game and you will be able to do the quests line again. Plus u keep all your items from last game
