@@studiosinger you know that was the first thing that came to my mine. But all the damage was only on one side of his body. So it couldn't have been from car surfing.the other side of his body would have been scar up as well from doing that. There are impacts that can knock you out of your shoes. But to knock you completely out of your clothes is a no......never heard of.. I believe they where drunk and things went to far what ever that was and they did something to him...

But it wouldn't have him naked from falling or being thrown. Yes maybe out his shoes. But not knocking his clothes off. Being hit by a vehicle, train, bus, 18 wheeler, four wheeler isn't gonna only damage one side of your body if your hit by anyone of them. It said all the injuries was on one side. He had to be dragged. And I think they held him off the back of something on that one side that's why the scar's was only in that one side .
And let me correct myself. Cause my dad just said certain impacts will knock you out of your clothes. He just had to remind me of someone we knew that got shot. And it literally knock him completely out of his shoes. They where still where he was standing in them. But we don't believe this young man was hit by something that took his clothes off because of the scar's only on one side. They had to hang him over something and was holding him over by his legs. No telling what hit his head.
Keeps getting more and more bizarre. Nothing about this case is adding up.

Fetal position means he was conscious while he was dying, he died slowly and painfully.
Severe head trauma
Fetal position means he probably was getting cold in the middle of road and curled up in the fetal position since he had no clothes on.
Fetal position is a sign of massive head trauma.

He had dragmarks on his naked body and shredded fingers. He was still alive, while he was dragged. Then most likely got the final solution via baseball bat to the back of his skull. Injuries to face probably where caused by horrible beatings by a deranged person, most likely under the influence of alcohol and jealousy!😡rest in peace, Noah - such a sweet, handsome young man! Looks like he was part Comanche, judging by the footage. I was facing some flack by white boys in S.D. myself, dating a Lakota, who I married later, back in 1971. As a German I was not prepared for the racism against Native Americans!!!

The saddest thing to me is that no one will open their mouth and tell this poor family what happened to their loved one when people know things and they shut their mouth they are as complicit as the person that committed the murder. If the clothes were folded up it makes me think of two things 1.) Someone was there that knew him & cared about him because although they couldn't help what happened to him they wanted to help by at least placing his things with him. 2.) That " someone " was most likely a female because I don't think any male would take the time to " fold up the clothes & place them by the poor little guy & she was probably a tender hearted person that was in shock to be thinking of folding clothes in the middle of what seems to be the torturous murder of this young man. I said the same thing! What's interesting is the best friend who claims it was an accident...I have never in my 27 years of living had a best friend that did not know what was going on in my life or any enemies I had, or problems I was faced with. He knows something. Even if he claims he was with his dad, you have to AT LEAST be aware of any drama he was in because a boy that handsome AND played football? There are issues somewhere. There is no way he ends up like that by "accident". The entire thing was deliberate. Plus, to be COMPLETELY naked is an indication that 1.) someone messed with him or 2.) it was done deliberately to throw off investigators. Also, he had broken ribs and bruises all over..he played football...he was roughly 6'2...whoever did it may be on the team or once played. There is no way you overpower a 6'2 young male athlete and break him that easily UNLESS you are over 200 pounds and very strong, or athletic.

This guy was lured by friendship.. beaten.. dragged by a vehicle.. beaten more .. and tossed into a pond!

There’s video s online of the party. At one point Noah drops his shorts exposing his butt and two girls were writing something on it. I’m sure most of these kids were drinking. Sounds to me me they decided last minute to car surf and some headed out and I think it was just an unfortunate accident but with all involved they probably drinking and driving and drunk they probably don’t wanna come forward because they don’t wanna get in trouble. I think he fell off and was dragged but I don’t think it was on purpose. He was probably suffering naked and that’s why his shorts were off. But someone has to be held accountable. That’s my theory

Here’s my opinion the young man was a little bit too intoxicated and experienced some type of a hazing ritual that’s what he looks just like a college hazing ritual except this wasnt done in the college one of those people at the party know exactly what happened to him

Recently the so-called 5 suspected “God’s Misfits” brutally unalived 2 innocent Mom’s during one of the Mom’s heated child custody visitation exchange of her kids. Before that, a separate incident where a sex offender on parole unalived himself, his gf, 3 children of gf, and 2 children of the gf’s kids’ friends that were over for a sleepover. FBI found the kids’ mattresses on ground with wrist restraints nailed to wall and sex toys. That Chomo (prison term for child sex offender) violated those innocent children too! Homelessness, drug addiction, domestic violence, and crime continue to rise.
I wonder if he fell out of a car while one of the others was driving. Yes, perhaps that was an accident, a drunken accident even that he even could have caused himself, but they collaboratively covered up so as not to take anyone else down too.

People forget how long it takes to get phone records and electronic trails for multiple suspects. Then build a timeline and put the evidence together.
The case is not closed so work is quietly being done behind the eyes of social media and the public as it should be.
Hopefully, justice and answers will be forthcoming for the family soon.

This is very sad. I tell my teen to stay away from partying. It could very well lead to something like this. Stay away from alcohol and parties. There's always something bad that happens. I know this cause I was a teen not too long ago.

Exactly preventing his head from contacting the road he would have instinctively used his hands to push away while being dragged by his feet and twisting side way to minimize damage hence only damage on his one side. Horrible to think that he likely was alive when he curled up in the fetal position.

Based on what has been released about this, sounds like something happened at this party, someone got angry and did something to Noah. I would not be surprised if somebody's parents are involved. Four days is too long for a party. Something bad bound to happen when people are together that long drinking, drugging, whatever. It's just not a good idea to get involved in something like that, for your own safety.
