Thank you for being real . I also struggle with depression and anxiety. Normally, I love everything to be extremely clean. But I let things go for a while. Things were not so clean, so watching your video helped. Depression can zap your energy and motivation. So, just like you, I am slowly getting cleaning and decluttering done. It is so very exhausting and overwhelming but rewarding.
I’m so sorry to hear you have struggles with your mental health too, but I appreciate you being so understanding, one day at a time! Thanks so much for being here 🫶💕💕
I just came across your video. How do you Declutter so quickly and how do you have the time for everything? I wanna decluttering my garage my two bedrooms and my living room and kitchen I suffer with depression and anxiety. Very bad to the point. It just looks like I have a messy house.
Hey friends! 👋 In today’s video I have combined all three parts of my 30 day declutter challenge series to bring you over 2 hours of decluttering motivation!! 🤩 Whether you are rewatching or if this is the first time you are visiting my channel, I just want to say that I appreciate you hanging out with me today and choosing to watch my videos! Your support on my channel means the absolute world to me!! Don’t forget to leave a comment saying hi !! 💕💕💕
This was the best video ever!!!! I love to watch decluttering videos, but get tired of watching the same people doing decluttering who have already done their whole house. It is so encouraging to watch somebody who is in the middle of it right now. You gave me so much inspiration to get off my butt and get some stuff done. I went through all of my jeans cleaned up two huge boxes. Cleaned off two large messes off of tables and I think I'm gonna put you on my favorites and watch you every week over and over just to get the motivation again. Thank for being so vulnerable.
This comment makes me so happy!! I’m so proud of you for getting it done!! Thank-you for stopping to share all of this, these comments really make my day 🫶💕💕
I'm only through the toy storage, but I had to stop to say this is the one of the BEST decluttering videos I have ever seen. Love the mix of action & music and voiceover explanations of your thinking. I have been decluttering steadily for years and really believe that small, consistent effort is the most effective way to get to your goals and also maintain 'order' once you are basically there. Thank you!!
I’ve just discovered your channel, don’t understand why you have negative comments because I love your videos because your relatable. Your home is normal, lived in and you get fed up seeing the minimal homes that influencers ‘declutter’. Currently starting my bedroom and going round the house!
I couldn’t sleep… Uk @ 12:30am-1:30am i declutterred my wardrobe and got rid of half! 🎉 I was ruthless! I am also a mum who was hoarding clothes that are more suited to the party days/clothes that I hoped to fit into again! 😂 all gone… I will be aiming to tackle the kitchen tomorrow! Thanks Katrina! Also don’t worry about the haters, you are amazing! X
Вы молодец. Правильно сделали. Я стремлюсь к минимализму и понимаю какое облегчение когда в доме только то чем реально пользуешься❤. Привет вам из России ❤
YOUR PLAN of decluttering a section or drawer a day is so much BETTER THAN ALL OTHERS!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I think im going to try this type decluttering. Im 61, unhealthy and live alone with my dogs and 1 cat. My depression is so debilitating that on days im struggling, i will pick a smaller area. The hardest part for me is starting! Thsnk You!!!!!
You can look at Swedish death cleaning the other way (i find it helpful) - consider it a Moving to other continent cleaning. Like, if you have to move to Africa or like New Zealand in a month, what do you consider valuable enough to pay money for bringing and shipping to you? Or even better, for more minimalist folks - you only have like 3-5 big suitcases limit 😊 I moved like that a couple of times and there is nothing more frustrating than having to fit a life in a few big suitcases and you HAVE to let go of other stuff - donate or sell but usually it still ends up being donated. Keeping this mentality might help in avoiding extra purchases even :) thanks for the video☺️
I've been thinking about the fact that I've been wanting to clean and declutter my room for forever. I started watching this video just so that I might have motivation to do something tomorrow, and, instead, ended up cleaning out and decluttering my medicine cabinet while I watched. Thank you so much for being real and for the motivation!
You're keeping it real. Also, mess is a lived-in house. Sometimes you have to question these show homes...do they live in them 🤔 doesn't seem real. You're doing a great job 👏 👍
You decluttering inspires me to declutter and organize. Thank you for providing content that motivates us to better our lives, one section at a time. ❤
Thank you for sharing your journey. Sometimes I feel so ashamed of my messes and this makes me feel like I am not alone. Our consumerism society makes it so easy to accumulate more than we need. Congrats on all your progress. Hopefully I can do half as much.
Thank-you!! I appreciate you choosing my videos to help motivate you! Please don’t feel ashamed, so many people live like this and struggle, social media makes us feel like we are failing because our homes aren’t perfect. You’ve got this! One day at a time 🫶💕💕
This was an absolute delight to watch. I’m very impressed with how much you accomplished. I saved some of our boys’ toys and books for their children. Our grands now use the same toys as their dads. My husband and I will be married 46 years next month (I’m 69). Decluttering seems to be a continuous chore over the years. We keep boxes in our downstairs bathtub (which isn’t used, obviously). When I get enough boxes/bags, I call Vietnam Vets. They come and pick everything up. Keep up the good work. You have a great start for future micro-decluttering. I’m looking forward to future videos. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 P.S. you might want to try some lazy Susan’s in your kitchen cabinets. It makes seeing what you have easier.
Thank-you!! This is such a kind comment 💕 I love that you kept some toys for the grandkids, must be so nostalgic watching them play with them so many years later ☺️
Regarding the photos, I recently decided to go thru all of mine (I'm 74 and my mom is 99). I decided to hire a professional photographer to copy all my pictures digitally ( not sure if we are doing thumb drives, zip drives, or what). I am giving my children and my siblings copies. I was going to destroy all the hard copies but one of my children wanted them. All the huge pictures will be copied and destroyed. I don't know about other people, but I hate those huge framed pictures. They take up so much space. The frames and photo albums will be donated. This was the very last area I decluttered. I did all the Christmas stuff this past December. Also, another one I had put off.
I am a neat freak, but I enjoy looking at cleaning videos. I have been looking at your shorts, so I decided to watch the full 30 day declutter video. Everyone is different, do you sweetie! I deal with depression and some days I don't do anything. I am on chemotherapy right now, and have come to the realization that the apartment will get a deep clean when my body gives me a break. I watch several cleaning channels, yours isn't as bad and I mean that. Happy Easter 🐰🐣🐰!
Thank-you!! 🫶 I’m so sorry you are battling chemo right now, I’m praying for you and sending lots of healing and positive vibes your way!! I appreciate your kindness, take care of you, the cleaning can wait 💕💕💕
Im half way through the video and got so much motivation that I filled up a donation bag of clothes I had for 10 YEARS, also your hair is so so pretty, the color, the length, the lil curls, it looks so good ❤🎉🎉
I’m about half way through this amazing video and loving it!! Had to pause it, to comment and let you know how much I love how real you are and how much you inspire me to just do it!! Love your accent too!! Thanks SO much, for motivating me!! You’re a true Blessing!!
Best decluttering video ive ever seen. Also best editing. I came here to get motivation and you soothed me and gee'd me up to do my own... after i sat back and relaxed and watched your series and getting it done, lol. Thank you.
You’re doing amazing!! This has motivated and inspired me to do a ruthless declutter through my house again before I have my 6th baby next month! I can definitely relate to depression and anxiety, you’re not alone! Decluttering for sure helps!
Thank-you so much!! I’m so glad you found motivation from my video today!! 🤩 Best of luck with the arrival of your 6th baby!!! You are amazing Mumma!!! 🥰🥰🥰
That was such a lovely way to spend a few hours. It was just like popping round to yours for coffee and a chat , whilst you got on with your job's. Very enjoyable. I must say, you bring out the mama bear in me. Watching how you are gradually over coming all your hurdles, and the huge amount of progress you have made, feels me with so much happiness for you. It may not seem like it to you, but the progress you have achieved, and the obstacles you have accomplished is 10 fold. You are a truly amazing young lady and should hold your head up high. Even in your darkest moments Katrina, always remember you are a good kind hearted person and highly valued, you make a difference in this world. I've finally got the last of the casts off, all the brakes are fully healed, so of all thing's I bought a bluefin pro vibration plate 😵💫🥴🤕, heaven help me 😂 I need my head tested 😂😂😂. As always, sending love, take care of yourself and don't push yourself to hard 💞
That makes me so happy to read!! You are wayyyy too kind to me 🥹🥰💕 I appreciate you so much for saying all of that, you’ve truly lifted my spirits up so much today 💕💕💕 Thank-you!!!! 🫂 OMG you’re kidding! I’m so happy the casts are off BUT those vibration plates are no joke. I get travel sick and I reckon I was on one for about 2 mins before I nearly barfed everywhere 😅 BUT I’m so interested to hear if it’s any good!! So keep me updated, but take it easy! 🫣 you crack me up 🤣🤣💕
Hi Kat👋👋👋 Boy am I happy to see you posting, I was just thinking of you yesterday and praying that all is well bc I adore you my sweet friend☺️This was great to see, you had so much stuff especially with your kids things, I live alone and have a lot of stuff that still needs to be gone thru, I’m pretty sure that I have just one bedroom that still has some of my younger brother’s things, which if he doesn’t come and go thru it it’s all going into the trash🤷🏻♀️ regardless, I love getting rid of stuff that’s not used nor needed bc I don’t want to leave a huge mess behind after I pass on, I’m close to the 65yr old time, I’m 62 but I am in ill health so it’s definitely a good thing to do👍👍👍 Doing decluttering is so satisfying, it definitely helps my mental health as well as the ascetics of my home🙏 I hope you’ll be back again soon bc I love your vids, you know I miss your shopping hauls and cooking vids so I hope/pray🤞 that one day you’ll be back to doing those but I’ll take whatever you share bc I enjoy you, you’re such a kind sweet soul🥰 TYFS, have a blessed day and week ahead my dear friend, enjoy🙏♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🙏 PS: You’ve done an amazing job to date decluttering your home♥️
Angie!!! Your messages brighten up my day so much 🥰✨💕 I have been missing my other channel a lot lately too!! 😔 When the timing is right I will be back posting my hauls and I’m so happy and grateful to hear you will be there to watch and support 🥹🫂🫶💕 I hope you are enjoying your weekend my sweet friend!! Sending lots of love your way💕💕💕💕💕
Is it my birthday or something. To wake up to another video of yours AND it be 2 hours and 14 minutes long. 😍😍😍 Thanks for the videos as always. It’s amazing to see how much you Declutter. I followed along watching all the other videos again, I decluttered a lot BUT not enough. I’ll be doing it again soon enough. Haha ❤
You are wayyyyyyy too kind to me!! 🥰🥰🥰 Thank-you so much for re-watching today!! Helps my channel out so much 🫶💕 Honestly i fully understand what you mean, it feels NEVER ending when it gets this out of control 🫣 I just started the minimalist challenge where you get rid of one thing on day one, 15 things on day 15 etc where you end up decluttering 465 items. Fingers crossed that makes a difference 😅
@@KatrinaMarieCleaning please do a video on your journey through the minimalist challenge. I’d like to follow along with that challenge also. I find that if I follow along with someone else it’s like your pushing me to get it done and I can’t argue with you. It’s like your holding me accountable in a good way and not making me feel bad for letting it get sooooo outta control. If I have someone helping like my husband, we’d argue over everything and he doesn’t hold us accountable for the mess. Haha. Please keep these videos coming. They are great help to myself. Also when you are up for start your other channel up, will be watching them to. I enjoy comparing South Aussie food prices to other parts of the country. 🙂 ❤️
Awww I love that!! I am filming it and can’t wait to share the video! 🤩 Never feel bad for it getting outta control, it’s real life as a mum and the perfect homes on the internet just aren’t realistic!! I hope to be back on my other channel by the end of the year, I have been missing it a bit lately! I appreciate your support so much!! 💕💕💕
Great job! It makes sense to purge picture frames that aren't being used to display photos and emptying photo albums saves so much space. Honestly though, I would probably hold onto the old family photo album. It's beautiful and someone obviously took time to add special notes. Your kids may not be into that now but down the road they might be. For people who get into genealogy (often later in life) books like these are treasures. You've still gotten rid of so much but I feel this belongs with your family and the old chest. Also, if you do decide to declutter them do you have siblings or cousins who may be interested in saving them? This is something that can never be replaced.
Wauw good work. And no need to “apologize “ for what you declutter by saying “ this may not look much but it is a lot” because it IS a lot!! Doing a great job and loved it. Inspiring!❤
Last year our family moved to a much bigger apartment with plenty of space. I didn't have to declutter for the first time in years because I felt like I had a space for everything. Oh boy was I wrong! Only a year later I feel like the apartment has gone out of hand and now I am completely overwhelmed by the amount of stuff I have to deal with, especially now that I have a little kid! Watching you tackle those huge piles of stuff truly inspires and motivates me. Thank you so much for your video :)
Just found your channel. Really enjoyed watching your declutter. I live in London and in my early 60’s and I’ve always decluttered on a regular basis. It does get easier. You are a lovely lady and it is so nice to watch someone donating instead of selling. You are truly blessed. I’ve subscribed now and I very much look forward to future videos. God bless you
I was so inspired by your closet declutter. I have held onto things that I haven’t worn because it doesn’t fit (but might some day), haven’t worn because I just still like it, and have kept things that I know I will never wear. Watching that part of your video allowed me to have a little flip in my mindset about purging my clothes. I’m super excited to get to that project on my decluttering journey. I gave you a shout out in my video yesterday. Great video. Good luck with the rest of your challenge.
Hi! I just came across your channel and I’m watching this video. You brought tears to my eyes when you talked about the people that give your support and praise. Many of us suffer with anxiety and depression and it is so hard at times. Anyway, thanks for being your sweet genuine self. You have done an amazing job and are not alone in your journey. Keep smiling! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow this is a really great video! Thank you so much for being so thorough and opening up about home neglect. One day thing I learned when my son was little is I ended up having ONLY enough clothes for 10 days. I cannot tell you how helpful that was. After doing that I never had Mt. Washmore waiting to be washed and no Mt. Foldmore waiting to be folded getting dust and wrinkled. 🥴 I learned from another UA-cam personality (FlyLady Kat) that laundry IS NOT DONE until it's folded or hung and put away. That changed my mindset completely when it came to clothes and laundry. In addition we do not have more than 5 coloring books and 5 learning work books at one time. 1 writing notebook at a time. 1 sticker book at a time. I noticed you had an abundance. I would say take ALL the extra and put them in the top of a closet or in a bin they cannot reach. Then as they use one up you can trade it out. You can also tear all the pages out of the five you keep out and put them in one of those clear zip pocket you used for toy organization and then after they color both sides hang it from a string (yarn) like a laundry line in their bedroom. After a month of display remove them and start again. Keep one or two for their memory bins (declutter that once a year) The less we had the better because we had to do the laundry in order to get dressed. Like you when I went through my own clothes o made sure I could wear each item with at least 3 other things, tops and bottoms. I now have just enough clothes for a 2 week vacation. When people go on vacation the take clothes that is comfortable and that we look good in. So that was my motivation. Now I have a wardrobe that everything fits and is comfortable and that is mix and match no matter which top or bottom I choose. I am truly amazed at your grand efforts in all those spaces you tackled and I'm going to go through our home in August as our 31 day challenge.
No embarrassment your doing it that’s enough . Your doing amazing children grow fast enjoy them now what you get done now great but let them remember you for playing with them,Reading with them or colouring with them . ❤ new to watching 😊
Thank you for this video....i used this video today to help keep me company while i deep declutter my house. i had to stop and purchase some bins for organization but the idea of doing this over 30 days will help.
Don’t worry about all those losers in the world I’m living with chronic illness and I’m getting rid off stuff bit by bit, let’s keep it real people love just visiting my daughter who is struggling with the cleaning thing herself people need to embrace some kindness one day there situation might change
Having chronic illness can be a motivator to do change habits. I have chronic pain and autoimmune condition. It's tiring. It's tough trying to keep things in order. I also have anxiety, depression combo too. It's all very taxing at times to even do the basics. So to do a little bit at a time, is the way to go. I've been going through my things slowly but surely. My goal is to make my home more manageable to clean and navigate, more simple. I also like the Swedish Death Cleaning philosophy too. I don't want to burden my kids with all my stuff. You're so right, Anyone who makes the judgy, negative comments. Their life could change in an instant. It really changes your life when dealing with health issues. Physical and mental health. They need to think before saying/typing anything. Wishing you all the best with your health and your home decluttering journey.
You are such a motivational and responsible declutterer! I hope that you do another 30 day declutter challenge in the future - I have loved this series 😍
Thank-you so much!! I have just started filming the minimalist game, where you throw out one item on day one, 15 items on day 15 etc until you end up decluttering over 465 items! Hopefully you enjoy that video too! Thanks for being here and watching! 💕💕
I think you did an amazing job - just keeping up the momentum was a feat in itself. Then there was the amount of items you let go - and the beautifully people friendly areas you left behind - there is something so satisfying about an area being for the people rather than the stuff - so again = an absolutely amazing job and so so motivating 😊
Hi I've just found your UA-cam channel. Regarding negative comments. I think sometimes people don't get that homes they feel are messy are actually 'lived' in not show houses. I personally like the longer videos and this is the first one of yours I have seen. ❤
I’m not sure why but your video gives me the most calming feeling ever. I’m not even kidding I watch your video constantly when I am getting things done because this video makes me feel so motivated. Thank you for this amazing video. I have you to thank for helping me get pretty much everything off of my to do list.
I love your channel. My kids rooms always looked the same-it’s normal for moms to want to keep things to remember when they’re little. Mine just went to college and it makes me sad so I totally get it. I keep all the same stuff as you. ❤ Great video!
WOW!!! Totally impressed with your ability to go through those photos!!!! So quickly. Agreed some can wait. You can make a box for it go through later. Best wishes!
Have really enjoyed your channel. This reminds me of when my children were little. To combat over stuffed drawer I started keeping a set amount of clothes; like a uniform for my kids; only 10 of each item: shirts, pants, socks ect. 6 sweater/ sweatshirts and two jackets. I know if potty training you will need more. But when they are older it worked great. Keep up the good work. 🎉
Honestly this is such a good idea! 🙌 think I might do this next year once my youngest starts school, so much gets wrecked at kindergarten I need the excess for now 🙈 Thanks for the advice, I appreciate you 💕💕💕
Really great to see a video that is real, not tidied before hand. You go girl, you are doing an amazing job. Sometimes life just gets away with you, I am a tidy freak now but can definitely remember the years when I wasn’t , life was busy, kids, work, then grandkids work, now life is peaceful all is beautifully presented, there are different times in life when are heads are muddled causing our homes to become muddled. Wishing you all the best on your journey, maybe go on a spending freeze for a bit. Xx
I just discovered your channel and I’m loving it. You are such a natural motivational speaker.❤ You asked what people do with their shoes. I actually keep hours in two locations. We have some shelves that are not a shoe rack just wooden shelves. A little freestanding thing that was maybe meant to be some sort of a bedside table? It has one pair of every day shoes for each person, plus a seasonal pair. These are the shoes we wear pretty much all the time. The other shoes go inside our closets for dressing up or other things. I’ll have to read in the comments what other people do. Thanks for the fun channel.
You are doing great. Toys are hard but it’s only for a few years and eventually goes away . Hang in there! I’m commenting as you clean the main toy storage shelves and thought maybe some could be rotated in and out of your empty bedroom closet? You are bringing back many memories for this granny!
Wow, that is really all I have to say… What an incredible decluttering video, you did amazingly well. The amount of stuff you got rid of was fantastic and the areas that you’d cleaned and organised look amazing. It’s made me want to go around my house! I’m a single person, with no kids but it’s amazing how much stuff you can accumulate. This is the first video I’ve seen of yours, but I have subscribed. Much love from the UK xxx
I honestly thought that I had a completely organized and clutter free home, NOT!!😅 Thank you for sharing, because I just cleared 2 drawers of STUFF that's going in the donated bag. I'll be decluttering the whole house now. 😊 Thank you for being transparent and most of all helpful!❤
We have the ikea hemnes shoestorage cabinet , maybe that or something like that could fit in your entrance😊 and I loved this Video, it is my second time watching it
You make this look so easy! You go so fast. I've been decluttering over a long period of time. You dont seem to get stuck trying to decide on certain items. Maybe its because i already did the obvious, easy stuff, but amazed at how often i get hung up on items. Your progress is amazing & fast! Love how you actually talkcabout your process & how you make decisions. You inspired me to go back thru my spaces and declutter more. Would live to hear more about items you are indecisive about. Thank you!
hi I've just come across your channel and watched this video, you are doing a fantastic job keep it up love, I've been doing a deep clean and decorating in each room and it's a magic medicine for my depression, I'm feeling alive and on top of the world, I've been doing it for the last 4 days now and it's amazing,I sit back on a evening and look around and im so proud of my self, I noticed you had some method cleaning spray I got my self some and it fantastic,I've done my living room, kitchen, stairs, landing, hall way, so far and I'm feeling fantastic for doing it,I hope you are proud of yourself too love x
This is AMAZING!! 🤩 I’m so proud of you!! 👏👏👏 Thank-you for being kind! I’m so so happy for you and how your hard work is helping your mental health 💕💕💕
Wow! Great work. I am on holiday and came across your video. Watched the entire time: loved it. What an accomplishment 🎉 just one thing: please don’t excuse yourself that you might not do enough, your “ dirty” feet, and leaving some shelves untouched. This is reality: hardworking, normal day to day life and still this challenge: you did it! Thank you for sharing, had a lot of fun following the process. Well done, Astrid, the Netherlands.
Just found your channel today & I love it. I have been decluttering for a week now. It is manageable and not overwhelming to break it up like you are doing. I feel like I have A.D.D. now, because instead of staying in one spot. I keep going off to other rooms while I’m organizing. I need to stay more organized with concentrating on one spot.
I'm long past the kids toys and books but I remember how hard it was to declutter my daughter's things. My mom tossed everything so I went in the opposite direction. It took many decluttering rounds before I could bring it down to a manageable level. I really identify with your struggle. Keep at it! ❤
Oh my goodness, your video is so relatable. Its like you were opening the drawers and cupboards in my house. Its what i call clean dirt. As in its all about stuff messing the house (and my head) up, not dirt, but it makes it so much harder to clean. Thank you for posting😊
Thank you for sharing. I never thought about doing a little bit each day (smaller than even the tasks you did). But thinking of doing the whole house is so overwhelming is paralyzing. So I am going to break my tasks into very small goals-a drawer or shelf a day and eventually, hopefully it will get done.
Thanks for being here!! I can totally relate to feeling paralysed from the overwhelm of it all! 😓🫂 Sending lots of strength and encouragement to you for the hard days! 💕💕
well done. that was a lot of work!. I would suggest an IKEA shoe cabinet, it's closed and has kind of drawers but it's shallow. Trones or Bissa are the cheapest options, but Ställ is the one I have . Not sure if you have an IKEA close by but you can have a look online and maybe find something similar
I feel like youd benefit from keeping some of these things in small containers. Just to keep them in a space dedicated to similar items. Once its too full. Then you knoe you either declutter or just stop buying those items. And it keeps the space organized. You did great! Good job mama!
Just a few things...I have a shoe bench - I can sit on it to put shoes on, and it has shelves underneath - love this and shoes are always in reach. As for dust - my enemy, as I'm allergic - and a never ending battle. OF course depends where you live - outback Australia and outta luck with dust and flies, Antartica - probably less dust? For medical supplies - having someone at home in and out of hospital, with nurse visits - I gave up and we have a small surgery in our lounge - just that stage of life so friends/family will have to deal with it. :)
Those soup season packages are like gold to me. On Sunday nights I like to take 1 pack of instant noodles, boil it with a portion of soup veggies with little water. After I put that in a plate and only add half of the seasoning package and add a boiled egg, hotdog or small hamburger. I would suggest to buy the noodles in a big package. You can find those in asian food stores.
Great video! Gave me some motivation. Refreshing to see a realistic declutter and a great approach to do small bits each day. Can be so overwhelming when you feel like you have the whole house to do. Thanks for the video!
I'm the same with jewellery & stuff. Hardly ever wear it now, or make up or anything. I have minimal. Proper make up & any jewelery apart from my engagement ring & earrings are pretty much special occasions only! 😅
You can get a shoe cupboard that would fit perfectly there - Even an old dresser would fit there and you could put the shoes in the drawers. I understand not wanting to see all the shoes when you walk in - You are doing awesome and have given me inspiration to get started with my many many many years of stuff. Thank you for sharing!
I'm going through the same thing and it's very emotional my mom passed away ten years ago and I'm still finding some of her things I just have a wee cry but I've got to start emptying my house as I'm getting older and I forget I have 45 years and so I never accumulated this overnight so be kind to yourself darlin it looks great x
I just found your channel yesterday and love it! Your videos are done so well and extremely motivating. I was declutterring with you last night. 😊 Been on my declutterring journey since January 2019 - I’m mostly maintaining now but it’s nice to have a channel like yours when you get down to a point where it’s harder to find things to declutter for motivation.
This is the first time I watched your channel. I just wanted you to know I loved your content. I subscribed to your channel right away. I can't wait to see more.
Love watching your videos lve been doing a bit of decluttering as well It's amazing how much stuff we accumulate It feels like a never ending job😂 Cheers from Linda 😊
So true about energy getting zapped.
I’m so sorry to hear you have struggles with your mental health too, but I appreciate you being so understanding, one day at a time! Thanks so much for being here 🫶💕💕
I feel the exact same way ❤❤❤
I just came across your video. How do you Declutter so quickly and how do you have the time for everything? I wanna decluttering my garage my two bedrooms and my living room and kitchen I suffer with depression and anxiety. Very bad to the point. It just looks like I have a messy house.
I feel the same 🇬🇧🇺🇸🌸🌸
Hey friends! 👋
In today’s video I have combined all three parts of my 30 day declutter challenge series to bring you over 2 hours of decluttering motivation!! 🤩
Whether you are rewatching or if this is the first time you are visiting my channel, I just want to say that I appreciate you hanging out with me today and choosing to watch my videos! Your support on my channel means the absolute world to me!! Don’t forget to leave a comment saying hi !! 💕💕💕
You did yourself proud with the video, it is full of encouragement and motivation 💞
Congrats❤
Please make more content, I just subscribed but there's just other pieces of this one video going back 6 months.
Thank you!!
Wow, thank you! That is so kind 🥹
I love that advice, I appreciate you being here 💕💕
I’ve just discovered your channel, don’t understand why you have negative comments because I love your videos because your relatable. Your home is normal, lived in and you get fed up seeing the minimal homes that influencers ‘declutter’. Currently starting my bedroom and going round the house!
I love this comment so much!! Thank-you for being so kind and understanding!! 🫶 Good luck with your decluttering!! 💕💕
Jelousy is a bad thing and people go to negative as makes them think feel better
Wow!! 🤩 Well done on the decluttering!! 👏
That’s incredible!! Hope the kitchen declutter went well too 🙌 I appreciate you being so kind! Thank-you 💕💕
I’m so HAPPY to hear my video has helped you want to get started today!! 🙌 Thankyou for being here and watching! 💕💕💕
I so relate! The starting any task can be so hard!
I know what you mean about the starting - I want to but it’s so hard to motivate
hi Katrina
I am 16 and have clinical depression. Your decluttering videos have motivated me so much to clean my room/house. Thank you for posting
You can look at Swedish death cleaning the other way (i find it helpful) - consider it a Moving to other continent cleaning. Like, if you have to move to Africa or like New Zealand in a month, what do you consider valuable enough to pay money for bringing and shipping to you? Or even better, for more minimalist folks - you only have like 3-5 big suitcases limit 😊
I moved like that a couple of times and there is nothing more frustrating than having to fit a life in a few big suitcases and you HAVE to let go of other stuff - donate or sell but usually it still ends up being donated.
Thank-you for being so understanding and kind! 💕💕
You decluttering inspires me to declutter and organize. Thank you for providing content that motivates us to better our lives, one section at a time. ❤
This comment makes me so happy!! I appreciate you 💕💕
Thank you for sharing your journey.

Thank-you!! This is such a kind comment 💕
I love that you kept some toys for the grandkids, must be so nostalgic watching them play with them so many years later ☺️
Of course toys were made better years ago. I have the original Tonka trucks that are metal. And the Fisher Price toys are wooden.
this has inspired me to start my own 30 day declutter!
I love that idea! So thoughtful!! Thanks for sharing! 💕💕
Never destroy paper pictures. I have picture from back to 1899, you will regret it,don’t trust electronics !
You did such a an amazing job!!! I bet you decluttered well over 2,000 things!!!! Awesome job!!!
Thank-you!! 💕💕
Im half way through the video and got so much motivation that I filled up a donation bag of clothes I had for 10 YEARS, also your hair is so so pretty, the color, the length, the lil curls, it looks so good ❤🎉🎉
Wife made me watch and gave us good decluttering ideas. All the best.
So happy to hear this! Thanks for watching!
For the first time ever, I watch a long UA-cam video and I love it, I also saved it to come back to it at any time ❤
I am so happy to hear you loved my video today!! I appreciate you watching! 💕💕
I’m about half way through this amazing video and loving it!! Had to pause it, to comment and let you know how much I love how real you are and how much you inspire me to just do it!! Love your accent too!! Thanks SO much, for motivating me!! You’re a true Blessing!!
Thank-you Pam!! I’m so glad you have found motivation from my video today!! Your comment has made my day 💕💕💕
I’m very proud of you! I know what it’s like struggling with depression and anxiety! You have inspired me. Thank you for sharing.
Thank-you!! I appreciate you 🫂💕💕💕
Best decluttering video ive ever seen. Also best editing. I came here to get motivation and you soothed me and gee'd me up to do my own... after i sat back and relaxed and watched your series and getting it done, lol. Thank you.
Best compliment ever!! Thank-you for stopping to say that! I appreciate you!! 💕💕
@@KatrinaMarieCleaning you’re welcome! I had to subscribe! 😀
And thank you! We are very excited!!
OMG you’re kidding! I’m so happy the casts are off BUT those vibration plates are no joke. I get travel sick and I reckon I was on one for about 2 mins before I nearly barfed everywhere 😅 BUT I’m so interested to hear if it’s any good!! So keep me updated, but take it easy! 🫣 you crack me up 🤣🤣💕
These videos are always so motivating!!
I’m so happy to read this!! 🥹💕💕
Angie!!! Your messages brighten up my day so much 🥰✨💕
I have been missing my other channel a lot lately too!! 😔 When the timing is right I will be back posting my hauls and I’m so happy and grateful to hear you will be there to watch and support 🥹🫂🫶💕
I hope you are enjoying your weekend my sweet friend!! Sending lots of love your way💕💕💕💕💕
You popped up in my feed today. I’m sitting here with an injured leg, so cannot do much right now and looooove admiring your progress! ❤❤❤❤❤
So sorry to hear about your leg! I hope it heals quickly! But I’m so grateful you chose my video today to watch while you recover!! Thank-you!! 💕💕
Is it my birthday or something. To wake up to another video of yours AND it be 2 hours and 14 minutes long. 😍😍😍
Thanks for the videos as always. It’s amazing to see how much you Declutter. I followed along watching all the other videos again, I decluttered a lot BUT not enough. I’ll be doing it again soon enough. Haha
❤
You are wayyyyyyy too kind to me!! 🥰🥰🥰
Thank-you so much for re-watching today!! Helps my channel out so much 🫶💕
Honestly i fully understand what you mean, it feels NEVER ending when it gets this out of control 🫣
I just started the minimalist challenge where you get rid of one thing on day one, 15 things on day 15 etc where you end up decluttering 465 items.
❤️
Thank-you! I appreciate your opinion, has made me think differently, I’ll keep this in mind 💕💕
Wauw good work. And no need to “apologize “ for what you declutter by saying “ this may not look much but it is a lot” because it IS a lot!! Doing a great job and loved it. Inspiring!❤
Good morning and happy Saturday great declutter video thanks for sharing
Good morning! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for being here! 💕💕
Sweetie I love, love, love this video. You're a brave and strong woman. You did a great job. Blessings from Puerto Rico.
Thank-you Brenda! I appreciate you being so kind 💕💕💕
It really does get overwhelming quickly when you have young kids 🙈 I’m so glad my video has helped! I appreciate you watching! 💕💕
I’m so glad my video helped!! Thanks for the shout out, I appreciate you!! 🫶💕💕
Thank-you for leaving this comment 🥹🥹 I appreciate you so much!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I learned from another UA-cam personality (FlyLady Kat) that laundry IS NOT DONE until it's folded or hung and put away.
Keep one or two for their memory bins (declutter that once a year)
The less we had the better because we had to do the laundry in order to get dressed.
I can totally relate to you. Fantastic decluttering. You did a great job.❤😂🎉 Forget about the negative things people say. You are real.
I think you are doing a fantastic job of decluttering.
Thank-you! 💕💕
Love that there’s an Aussie doing this! Nice to see some familiar stuff in this video ❤
I've been decluttering with you you give me motivation to get things done
WOW what a transformation! 🫨🫨
Thank-you!! I appreciate you watching! 💕💕
No embarrassment your doing it that’s enough . Your doing amazing children grow fast enjoy them now what you get done now great but let them remember you for playing with them,Reading with them or colouring with them . ❤ new to watching 😊
I appreciate you!! Thank-you for being here! 💕💕
I have started my 30-day decluttering. I love it. I can't wait to finish.
I watched the first half and declutterd part of my kitchen with the stuff i have been holding onto that i don't need. Thanks for the motivation ❤.
You are so welcome! Thank-you for being here!! 💕💕💕
💕💕💕
Oh, wow, girl friend, the people that are gonna receive your things are gonna be soooooooooooo happy! Very glad you did all this! Congrats!
I hope so!! Thank-you for being kind! I appreciate you 💕💕
I think the kids’ closet was the most satisfying! Great motivational video!
@@KatrinaMarieCleaning ooo that sounds fantastic!!! Big well done for doing it too. I know it isn't easy xx
Thank you so much!! I appreciate you 💕💕
Hi I've just found your UA-cam channel.
I am so happy to read this!!! I’m so glad my video has helped you 🫶💕💕💕
Just found your channel today. So sorry you have to deal with the negative comments. I think you’ve done an amazing job!! I love decluttering! ❤😊
I think you’re doing great! Motherhood is overwhelming all on its own. Clutter is just part of raising children and living life.
Love your video on decluttering! So inspirational! Looking forward to your next one!! Great job!!!👍❤️
Thank-you!! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video 💕💕
I love your channel. My kids rooms always looked the same-it’s normal for moms to want to keep things to remember when they’re little. Mine just went to college and it makes me sad so I totally get it.
I keep all the same stuff as you. ❤
Great video!
Thank-you for being so understanding! I appreciate you!! 💕💕
i enjoy watching your videos i am glad i can watch yours they are great to watch i love these you are motivateing me thank you
I appreciate you watching! 💕💕
I’m so happy to hear you have found motivation from my videos 💕💕
I love how genuine you are! I enjoy watching you ! Keep on keeping on,.
Thank-you!! I appreciate you 💕💕
Awesome decluttering!! First time watching your videos. Keep up the great work!
Thank-you so much! Im so glad you found my channel today! 💕💕
WOW!!! Totally impressed with your ability to go through those photos!!!! So quickly. Agreed some can wait. You can make a box for it go through later. Best wishes!
Thank-you!! I appreciate you 💕💕
Have really enjoyed your channel.
🙌 think I might do this next year once my youngest starts school, so much gets wrecked at kindergarten I need the excess for now 🙈 Thanks for the advice, I appreciate you 💕💕💕
This is the verry best decluttering I have seen. Thank you for your videos.
This is the best compliment!! Thank-you for being here and watching! 💕💕💕
You are such a natural motivational speaker.❤
You asked what people do with their shoes.
Great job on your declutter! Keep going! It will be worth it!🥰👍💜
Thank-you!! I appreciate you 💕💕
You are doing great. Toys are hard but it’s only for a few years and eventually goes away . Hang in there! I’m commenting as you clean the main toy storage shelves and thought maybe some could be rotated in and out of your empty bedroom closet? You are bringing back many memories for this granny!
Thank you so much! Such a good idea! I appreciate you 💕💕
Wow, that is really all I have to say…
What an incredible decluttering video, you did amazingly well.
THANK-YOU!! I appreciate you being so kind! Thanks for sticking around 💕💕💕
IKEA has a storage box for shoes. Very lovely. It looks like drawers but they open on an angle, holding the shoes toes down. It is also slim lined.
Thanks for the suggestion!! 💕💕
This is a great hustle and dedication for a big change in your lovely home! Thanks for sharing this with us. A new subscriber here ❤
Thank-you so much!! I appreciate you sticking around 💕💕
I’m so glad my video has helped you!! Awsome job getting it done 👏👏 Thanks for being here and watching! 💕💕
We have the ikea hemnes shoestorage cabinet , maybe that or something like that could fit in your entrance😊 and I loved this Video, it is my second time watching it
Thank-you for the suggestion!! I appreciate you re-watching!!! 🙌 Helps my channel out a tonne! 🫶💕💕
You did such an amazing job! Keep up the good work! 🦋🦋❤❤🦋🦋❤❤🦋🦋❤❤🦋🦋
Thank-you so much!! I appreciate you! 💕💕
Most satisfying declutter i have ever seen. And most realistic i must say❤❤❤❤❤
Wow, thank you! I appreciate you!! 💕💕💕
I'm long past the kids toys and books but I remember how hard it was to declutter my daughter's things. My mom tossed everything so I went in the opposite direction. It took many decluttering rounds before I could bring it down to a manageable level. I really identify with your struggle. Keep at it! ❤
Very motivating. I have been decluttering but have been in a bit of a slump. You make me want to get busy again. Thank you 😊 💓
Oh my goodness, your video is so relatable.
Thanks for the suggestion! I appreciate you! 💕💕
It's therapeutic to watch your video 😊
I appreciate you watching!! 💕💕
Hi Katrina, just found your channel and really enjoying your videos.
Thank-you!! 💕💕
Wow!! That was impressive! Awesome job ❤
Thank-you for the suggestion!! Im so glad you found motivation from my video!! 🙌 I appreciate you being so kind 💕💕💕
I’m so very sorry to hear you lost your mum, even 10 years on, I could imagine the pain never goes away 🫂 thank-you for being so kind 💕💕
That's what's up!!! Kicking ass girl! Your doing a great job 😁😁😁🎉🎉
Thank-you!!! 🥹💕💕💕
