In this world there is a need for more LOVE, war is the evil that destroys all "love" leaving only a condition of misery. No to war, YES to LOVE ☮️🇮🇹☮️
Live version 1970 Paris you need to see that one of my favorite bands of all time good choice good reaction big smile big smile make my day ✌🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
If you think the drumming is insane on this version, studio with a later fan made video, you should see the live 1970 version filmed in Paris. You will be able to see along with hearing this amazing band and this amazing drummer Bill Ward. One of the most underrated drummers of his time.
This is a war protest song that dates back to 1970. I was in high school when it came out. I would call that hard rock. That drummer probably burned a whole day's worth of calories in this song alone. I saw Black Sabbath in concert in Madison Square Garden in NYC when I was young, it was an awesome show that had my ears ringing for days afterwards. Ozzie Osbourne is the lead singer, his wife Sharon was a judge on AGT I think. They had a TV show too. Ozzie did a duet with Lita Ford entitled "Close My Eyes Forever" which is a slower song than this and is excellent. Here's a link if you want to check it out. ua-cam.com/users/results?search_query=ozzy+osbourne+duet+with+lita+ford
Great song and band!! I would like to see you react to Ozzy Osbourne's Mr. Crowley from his Tibute album dedicated to the late great Randy Rhoads!!... It's live and Randy Rhoads guitar playing is magical!! I think you'll really enjoy it!!
Brings me back to Junior High School where 3 of 4 bands in the Battle of the Bands performed songs from this Black Sabbath album. The other band performed Grateful Dead. QUAY I heard you say that you like guitarists. My favorite is someone not very well known, Randy California. Randy was born Randy Wolfe and was in New York City in 1966 when he was 15 and he went to a music store where he listened to a guy play electric guitar, then Randy played. The other guy was impressed with Randy and asked him if he would like to play in his band. The other guy was Jimi Hendrix!! The drummer in Hendrix's band was also named Randy so Hendrix called the drummer Randy Texas since he was from Texas and the guitar player Randy California since Randy was from California. Randy played with Jimi that summer then Jimi left for England and Randy's mother of course would not let Randy go with him. Randy and his family went back home to California and Randy started the band, Spirit. Here is a link to a live performance from 1974 (sorry no video). ua-cam.com/video/pTXwNwRC0bU/v-deo.html I hope you enjoy it enough to listen to the entire show. I will leave you a tip through PayPal if you comment back to me after listening.
It's 1970 and Black Sabbath are going full tilt with that mix of great drumming you mention and heavy guitar. I think this is more a movie than a protest song--can work as both though. Singer Ozzie Osbourne told a journaiist once that the group's name comes from a horror movie he saw in the other Birmingham. And satanic darkness is the tone in their music. Ozzie's solo live show, called No More Tours 2, is put back until late 2021. War Pigs will be high on the setlist no doubt.
You likely know the singer Ozzy Osbourne. His family has the show "The Osbournes" and his wife Sharon was a judge on either America has talent or American Idol
If you liked the drumming in this song, you should listen to "In My Time of Dying" by Led Zeppelin, another song where the drums are just on another level of greatness.
How you can not know that back then music videos does not exist?! Nowdays you have internet,UA-cam and all that crap and people are more ignorant then ever before. All in this world you can find out by two clicks on button, but NO,people don't have a clue about anything.
First time reacting to them like I said So I really thought this was the video but Thanks for watching and commenting I really appreciate the negativity and the positivity.
The members of Black Sabbath HATED the Vietnam War. UA-cam has a black and white video if you want to see the guys. Sadly, the singer, Ozzy Osbourne now has Alzheimer's.
The video has nothing to do with the song. It's just a fanmade video where somebody cut/pasted scenes from some movie. For the life of me, I can't figure out why reactors keep choosing this video to react to.

Ozzy ain’t too healthy these days. It won’t be long 😢
He'll more than make it to see The Man come around - 'cos The Man LIKES him!
