in VNese we call them " Bánh da lợn /Pig skin cake ) .Each cake has a pale yellow layer made with mungbean and a bright green color flavored by panda leaves juices ,sometimes they add a 3rd layer of the flour mixture . So good 😍

Any tips on how to reheat it, the steaming texture is much better. My mom usually microwaves it but I don’t like the texture after or the inside is colder than the outside.

I'm sure doggy loves all your cooking. And I am sure you know not to feed her onion, coffee, tea, chocolate, raisins, grapes, or macadamia nuts. Oh, she called me and said she wishes you'd also give her egg yolks, which are very delicious and also provide lots of nutrition.
Thanks for the tutorial. I was wondering: toward the end of the video, you said to leave it out on the counter (and not put it in the fridge) for a day. Does that mean you should not eat them right away? They need a day to rest to be their best? Or am I not understanding?
    Many thanks!

This is what i understand if it's wrong please tell me.
