  • In this video, you will learn about how to apply 5 easy steps repeatedly through a systematic approach which I have summarized for you in 1 simple diagram. If you are able to constantly repeat these 5 steps for every spell cooldown and creep wave, it is going to be a guarantee that you win the mid lane easily, even as early as from level 1 onwards.
    Hope you will enjoy the video, thank you!

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  6 місяців тому +4

      Hi bro, the only way for people to beat this is if they also know this stuff, like mentioned in the video someone needs to be able to replicate the playstyle on the opposite end to get equal or more farm and harass overall in the lane. For unfavorable matchups, this is especially true because most strong heroes are not strong at lvl 1 and sometimes 2, but mainly strong once 3. So you need to abuse the openings at lvl 1 and 2 as much as possible by creating these small advantages before it goes out of hand at lvl 3 onwards. Take Huskar and Viper for example.

    • @vladdaniel8219
      @vladdaniel8219 6 місяців тому +1

      @@BalloonDota Considering you get to the lvl 3 area where husk/viper become strong - what would be the play? To aggro creeps into tower and last hit as much as possible?

    • @BalloonDota

      @@vladdaniel8219 aggro as much as possible but still continue setting up these contested creeps everytime there's down time to hit a creep so you can speed up recovery and farm before leaving lane to jungle camps eventually to not fall too behind

    • @cranky101
      @cranky101 6 місяців тому

      @@BalloonDota What if the player already knows this stuff at lvl 1/2 that they are even/weak and aggroing every time . do I need to find favorable trade by setting up contested creep to secure/harass at the same time? What do you mean by there's down time hitting creep?

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  6 місяців тому +2

      @@cranky101 hi, if they are aggroing, and you are aggroing also, then the contest would now fall onto both the ranged creeps. Whoever can use that ranged creep to secure and harass the enemy hero would usually be the victor. In cases where they aggro and run away without presence of a ranged creep to hold lane for them, then you would need to follow them to harass them as they aggro creeps away, or you need to already position yourself in a stronger position forwards to prevent them from aggroing away from you.
      For the down time question, it just means whenever there's nothing to do, just try to land hits on creeps to speed up their death in an unfavorable position together with creep aggro.

    I find that it’s really hard for me getting through 7k bracket by playing mid for long time ,other then mechanical micro there’s more on peoples like to pick shit hero in unfavorable matchup,makes terrible team fight decision or having no awareness on the map ,do you have any thought on this ?

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  6 місяців тому +2

      Hello, if that's the case, you probably would need to pick up lane dominators/cheese heroes like LD, Huskar, Lina to just win your lane and set the game pacing from there. Either this, or even on most heroes if you are struggling with not being able to set impact, chances are high that there are fundamental issues or concepts that might be misunderstood.

  • @johnsevilla9755

    @14:53 I just want to know why not pull creeps in the tower though? if you want to level up faster, won't the tower help you in killing creeps faster?
    This way, your wave will push into his tower, and you can harass the puck with right clicks/spell. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  4 місяці тому

      Hi, the intent is not to push the wave. We are never looking to want to push the wave. Instead, we are simply trying to drop the number of creeps by 1-2 and use spells to secure these creeps/harass the enemy hero at the same time so that we can trade favorably. But the general idea is still, we do not want to push the lane but if the lane pushes because of it, we cannot avoid it but we can still follow the enemy and punish him under his tower if you know how to do it.

    What are you suggesting of a pool of 5 heroes to learn for mid?

    • @easonchan696
      @easonchan696 6 місяців тому

      First you need to know whether you’re sacrificial player / space maker like topson or you prefer to farm more and you can carry your team with items and mid/ late game decisions making like nisha /miracle,then you’ll get to know what mid hero is in your choice list

  • @kalajuwad7464
    @kalajuwad7464 6 місяців тому

    what if the mid hero you play does not have a spell that can do a splash aoe? for eg, if its a hero like OD or Viper. What are the similar steps I can take?

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  6 місяців тому +2

      Hi, for those heroes, still hit creeps but use those creeps you set up as bait. For example, OD dropping a creep down would astral the enemy to prevent them from denying/last hit securing your ranged creep. Viper would straight up just punish the enemy hero everytime they walk up with his first spell. Viper would want to push lanes into the enemy's tower with Nethertoxin and dive them under their tower. Either he does this, or he will hold the lane and use his 1st spell to punish the enemy hero using creep last hits/denies as bait. Ideally prevent enemy from creep aggroing away from you as Viper.

    What to do when playing against a hero like sniper who just right clicks you the whole time from far range

    • @DotaWithJuice
      @DotaWithJuice 6 місяців тому

      Hey! I've been playing a lot of snipers and the best thing I try to do is communicate with my teammates for a gank on him if possible before he's lvl 4. If I have a spirit breaker or pheonix on the team killing sniper is basically free since he's either stunned from the sb or attack slowed from pheonix leaving him helpless unless he gets a rotate. Do this to sniper 1-2 more times before 12 minute mark and have some stacks for yourself in the jungle and you're set to win mid and the game. Unless you're able to win mid against him solo as your hero I would recommend just stacking for yourself and playing the lane safe until you DO have the solo kill potential to takeout sniper.
