- Grate 1 carrot
- Finely chop 2 onions
- Vegetable oil

- 5 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Layer the vegetables in a bowl
- Mix eggs and vegetables
- Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
