I had the honor and privilege of working along side her once. I, a lowly TX Ren. Fest. Hawker at the time, and she... a musical goddess, in terms of both musical talent and unsurpassed, angelic, beauty. She gave me a hug on a cold Winters day one season, simply because I worked up the courage to comment her on her skill and beauty. To this day it is one of my most cherished memories... Jenny, wherever you are these days I hope you are well. And who knows, perhaps one day we'll see each other again at the Festival, if we do... let me buy you a drink ;)
Jenny is so talented and stating the obvious. Jenny is beautiful. Her personality comes through her music and it’s a pleasure to watch and hear her play. Very inspirational, and I think is a good role model for young women growing up.

I sure HOPE this angel isn't 'dead'! The world needs her more desperately now than ever! I just watched a video of her live with her band at a Renaissance Faire, then found this video. Made my day!!
This is why music is and forever will be a part of my soul. No politics, no bs, just pure bliss... and if you don't like it, there is something just for you. Although, there are people i guess that don't like music at all... as a musician, very curious to meet and hang out with one of them.
I could listen to her all day. Yes, you do have soul memory. It immediately evokes a deep sense of emotion, of tribe and family and dancing around the fire. Her star could still be rising further if she wanted because there has to be several million of us out here.
I saw her play this at Texas Ren Fair on 10/24/09. She made everyone cry. Hell, made me cry to hear her on this video. I got to play zills, riq and doumbek with them. She plays deep.
Once in a great while someone's passionate instrumental abilities stir emotion in hearts of stone. While listening to your music my heart beat and I felt it. Thank you! Jenny O' Conner Thank you!

If you are tired of the "Is she dead" comments you may want to change a few things. The first is the word "Tribute" coupled with a slide show of past performances sets the mood of someone who has passed. Second thing is that you have the words " 8 years since you passed." Think about how you present your messages and what words you decide to use. Just saying.
The beginning of the video in green font at the end. It reads, "who after 8 years sadly parted ways." Those who take their time and understand what is being said will not come to the conclusion of death. Apparently that is not the case. Too many of assuming death is involved and therefore it may be wise to alter a few words.

@@renatonascimento9901 I have way too much respect for Mrs. O'Connor as a person, and as a violinist, to comment on something like this.
She is alive an well . Even teaching others her Music. Awesome that!
I don’t play music but the only affinity I felt with an instrument was violin.
And she is the best
Jenny is an exceptionally beautiful woman. So very elegant and talented too. Also one of my top favourites.
My wife and I have seen her perform live several times. Awesome talent!

My God Jenny is so good with the violin, she actually brought the violin to life. Well done, wish you success in your career in music. Cheers.
She's ok with the violin. She plays this one song all the time and it sounds just OK.
