This album was recorded it several different cities, while they were on tour, & released 10 months after their debut album. Many great songs on this album too, thanks & keep reacting to Led Zeppelin.
Hey, I just got to the park after the song with your remarks about Tempo reminding you of slower rap and I totally get that. And the thing is it never changed it just that they filled it up and made it busy at first, but when they stripped it all out and left just a very basics down there underneath, now it starts to resemble some slow hip hop. I really love your observations.
I hope you get my point here man. It's very rare to see a young reactor the actual identifies the the tempo Remains the Same to these kinds of changes. Sometimes it definitely varies but most of the time it does not. So when you say it is slower, it's actually not any slower at all. Nor is it any faster, it's just drops back in Dynamic range, meaning that it was loud and now it gets soft and also the density of it decreases, meaning it's less busy and there's lots of open space in it. But the tempo or the speed of it never changes. I think once you understand that, you seem to be so musically intelligent, you'll love all this shit even more.
Love the reaction. And you ask, Who came up with this ? My question was about the same when I first heard them. I asked, where do they get this stuff from ?
No it's not slower, it's quieter. The tempo doesn't change just the dynamics. It's weird how people always say something is slower when it gets quieter.
He dated her before he dated his wife, I’d hardly call that an affair. They also dated again, a few years after him & his wife divorced, & yes him & Shirley also have a son together.
@@sicotshit7068 I wonder about the timing of the 'after divorce' part when you consider his wife's reaction as expressed in the LZ song 'Black Country Woman'
Wolf Mother and Jet, as well as Kings of Leon and Greta Van Fleet are all heavily influenced by Zeppelin, some to a point of sounding "wannabees" sometimes.
Great album! Check out the rest of it.
Perfect follow-up to the first album!
un super titre de LED ZEPPLELIN ! merci de le programmer ...en plus t'est très beau , c'est très agréable......

Don't you just love this band's assault on your eardrums.
Robert used tons of compression and a flanger effect on his voice for the song verses. It gave that "powerful vibrating whisper effect" .
Makes you reflect on life- especially when the music starts panning back and forth in your ears 😅❤🔥
My favorite ❤
❤❤❤Robert ❤❤❤
Your reactions take me back to the first time I heard this. It's my favorite Zeppelin album, by the way. ( do The Lemon Song)

I love this song so much. Impossible to pick a favorite LZ song, or even a top 10, but this is one of my favorites.
Same. I get lost in this bassline too. This song is so freakin good.
This song is about Shirley Maureens sister who he went off with they also have a son together.
This ain't getting the love it deserves, Straight Banger family.

Except Zeppelin do play with tempi, speeding up in Stairway and slowing down in SIBLY.
A song about an affair that the lead singer, Robert Plant, had with his sister in law.

@@heliotropezzz333 from what I understand it was about 3 years after.
There's phasing on his vocals.
