    I don't begrudge anyone who wants to run a flathead. They just sound so mechanical and cool.

    I like hotrods, but there is no place in my garage, so I built one for my living room in scale 2:3 with a Jukebox functionality 😅

    Very nice indeed. No doubt about it, Models A's have become the hottest thing in rodding even more than 32's. In less than a year I have collected, enough parts to make up a 29 Sports Coupe body, a 30 pickup cab, and I am in the process of turning a cut down 28 Tourer into 29 Cabriolet with 30 Coupe doors. The fact that so many panels are interchangeable is a plus as well.

    Would you rather have the fuel tank in the rear where it would be vulnerable to rear end collision, and burst into flames like a Pinto ?

    Very nice old hot rod, looks great runs really and no doubt you get some attn in a world with Toyota Prius, s and Honda,s etc etc, who would not look at your car ( unless they are gay, haha lol. )

    What a beautiful Model A. The things I would do to own something like this. Anyone need some dirty deeds done?

    Real nice! But i think i,d change fuel location, in case of a bad accident, rather sit next to a bomb.

      Right!! Like those "Pinto's" that had a tank in the back. Would bet there were more fires and injuries with the rear mounted Pinto gas tanks than the front mounted Model A tanks. Even though there were almost 5 million Model A's made.

      The model T and A, that is where the factory fitted fuel is, then gravity feed to the carby, the four cylinder engines had up draft carby, just do not crash haha lol could have a fireball in front of you hmmm NOT good!

      Do you think it would be any better if he had the fire right behind him, think😮 about. The car is built right quit criticizing.

    • @2manycatsforadime
      @2manycatsforadime 4 місяці тому

      Wasn't criticizing, is was a concern. More than one person has been burnt badly from crashes. I had a teacher that as a young man had horrible burns to his hands and chest from such a crash.
