    monday-chest+triceps
    Tuesday-back+biceps
    Wednesday-shoulder+abs
    Thursday-biceps+triceps
    friday-chest with dumbell

    bro I need to cut down fat and at the same tym grow muscles...what kinda diet to follow...caloric deficit or caloric surplus? ryt now I'm taking only proteins and no carbs from Monday to Friday...and on sat Sunday em going for high carb diet....is it fine? need advice
