Can someone please explain for me. I cannot understand an few words.The explanation about the characteristics the flower must have to be harvested (time 13.44 )is said : The part with the most intense color ???????? what follows after these words.?
I listened to it and sounds like he says "When the spadices change color the part with the most intense color is the length of the phalange then it's the right time to cut the flowers."

In Greek name anthuriums means tail flowers. The longer steam. Long stalks.

Thank you.Phalange probably means ...one thump length? which is about 1 inch?!!
yes with 1 inch of the spadix having the original color.
