It's encapsulated slow-release fertilizer. In the US there are Osmocote and Nutricote. Nutricote is better as Osmocote releases a lot faster when it is warm and you can end up with too much. Nutricote is truly slow-release.

I live in California; supposedly "perfect" climate where it never gets colder than 50°F or like 15-20°C. Even still, in good weather, I don't find that most plants really propagate very well outside. They either dry out too quickly or they end up getting sunburn by accident. So actually, you're better off sheltered or indoor - those propagations are usually the ones that survive. So yes you could do it anytime of year lol lol

Да и покрывала отличаются, если приглядеться. Кроме того, надпись на видео гласит, что "через 90 дней" вырастет вот такой взрослый кустик с кучей цветов. Присмотритесь, там несколько цветов уже с зелеными початками, т.е. заканчивают цветение. Как так? Ведь один цветок цветет несколько месяцев прежде чем позеленеть. Когда бы он успел за три месяца проклюнуться, вырасти, расцвести и уже начать отцветать. Обман это, не ведитесь. Одинаковый горшок еще не говорит о том, что растение одно и то же.
