Cleaning a chain saw for the first time

- This beautifull McCulloch chainsaw was the very first thing I bought fro my new old house.
It stopped working while cutting trees. I had to learn how to disassemble and clean the chainsaw to make it work again. My mom visits, and together we clear the area around this abandoned house.

It's good to see you doing well and making progress. If you need some advice on chainsaw maintenance, you may need to sharpen the chain from time to time; there is a chainsaw sharpening tool you can buy, or use a round file to sharpen the teeth but it takes time to complete the chain. Add some oil (3-in-1 or WD40) on the chain or bar to keep it free from friction. 🙂👍

Hi - the saw should have a reservoir for proper chain oil ; 3 in 1 and WD40 are too thin,and will just get flung off. The chain is too loose,it needs tightening.
