Someone really put a lot of effort into that vehicle. Unusually classy choice of aftermarket parts.
I think the Aeras version, which this is, came with the bodykit from the factory, so I don't think it had very many aftermarket parts, other than the wheels.
wow the headlights look a lot better than my 2004's.
Wow, the price for this in USD comes to about $2000. That is INSANE considering how this car looks to be in great shape with decent mileage and little wear on the interior. $2k wouldn't even buy you a wrecked '95 Camry where I live! Such a shame we have that stupid 25 year rule, for $2k I'd genuinely consider purchasing this car.
Nice van.great price! I as well as many others hate our 25 year law.
I like it!
It looks like a Prius on steroids!
My mom got into a accident 13 months ago. (Date comment was typed: June 8, 2018.) My mom didn't have a scratch but her, 2000 Honda Odyssey (nickname: "OD") was declared totaled. So my parents (my dad was out of town when the accident happened) bought a 2017 Honda Odyssey. (Nickname: "OD 2") My sister, my dad and I really dislike "OD 2". Not my mom, which is what matters. If the US doesn't have the 25 yr. Rule, I would have shown this video to my dad. (The accident also gave my mom PTSD while driving and in a moving vehicle.)
Perfect size for a minivan. It's a shame North America never got this or the 2nd gen JDM Odyssey
Wish this was still available!
Can you import the estima to australia? I am looking for an estima, which is an amazing car since I saw this video.
Where can I find the after market parts for this vehicle? Preferably the body kit.
Damn, that Maserati lurking in the background. Is it going to be featured on the channel?
Sorry no
The Alphard and Vellfire are WAY cooler looking vans IMO. I guess there is a huge market in Japan for this size van, as the Alphard/Vellfire and Estima are similarly sized. I'm also guessing when new the Alphard/Vellfire were a good bit more $$$ than the Estima.

Nice looking for a 2001
Hey has this thing been lowered? Seems like it has low "Esteema"
What phoney auction house graded that a 4 with the replaced bumper and all that aftermarket dickery?
Sold as the Toyota Previa in europe. :) Later we got the avensis verso instead.
Avensis Verdo is not an Estima
The rear lights and front bumper are from a 2003 model estima they are Toyota parts
Do they fit straight on mate
Yes
For the interior, it's all from Silk Blaze
I’m looking valve seal to my estima same model 2001
not difficult to drive on the right in the US?? Over here in Japan driving on the other side makes no good at all, for instance, all the ticket machines for parking lots and express ways are placed on the right side, so you won't be able to reach them from the driver's seat easily.
What about the blue 4200 Maserrati?
Christian mrclep Rare color.
HOW MUCH TO THE AMERICAN DOLLAR (PRICE AND IMPORT)
The U.S. doesn’t get these vans anymore, we only have the ones from the 90’s.
It was due to the fact that the first generation Previa/Estima did very badly on American crash tests, so Toyota replaced it with the Sienna in America. Ironically that was rated as the best ever crash performance that the IIhS had ever seen at the time.
u can import tho :)
Can you even get parts for it in Canada?
The engine is the same as in the Camry and Rav4. So engine parts shouldn't be an issue. Not so sure about the rest of the car though
still previa overseas
My dad has one but 2005
That converts to about 2600 CAD, pretty good although it's too bad the steering wheel is on the wrong side!
Why does it look like a previa from the back
Because it is
This is the successor to the first generation Previa, the only generation sold in America. And this model was also sold as a Previa outside of Japan.
How much are you selling it for, I am in the US?
Rajaee Altwal well he is not selling it to you then
Rajaee Altwal you can't import the car unless it's 25 years or older
Too common in Malaysia
Malaysia dah tak pandang model ni kan semua kaya raya😂🤣
Why don't you just put the price in US.
This car is not legal in the US so their would literally be no point
The main reason is because exchange rates change and we are a Japanese company.
