@@emotionalIntelligence2078 Bharatiya people are not Japanese people. The differences will have to be acknowledged and accepted on both sides. Work ethics are very different for both.

I wish I got a fellowship and I'll be happy to spend a couple of years in Kyoto as I'm from Kashi!
I'm currently living in Durham, UK and doing my 2nd MSc. from the UK :)
I'm a scientist, precisely an archaeologist (human osteologist and biomolecular archaeologist).

    He's a born "Minister".
I'm not using "Foreign Minister" because I want to see him as the Prime Minister of India. Because this is a future part and not the present part. So, just to be on the safer side I used "Minister".

If Japanese cos are not investing in India it's not due to "lack of knowledge". Mr. Jaishankar, Japanese businesses are smart enough to notice the new airports and highways. That's NOT the problem. The problem is the lack of flexibility to hire/fire workers + bureaucratic red tape that India is "famous" for. India growing at 7% YoY is a pipe-dream unless urgent reforms are enacted. If picture was so rosy, PM Modi would have easily got his "400 paar". The right answer would have been:" I'll raise it at once with my honorable colleague the Trade Minister". Failure to acknowledge, and then seriously address the ridiculous labor and tax/tariff policies is the reason why even tiny Vietnam is doing better in exports than India. Vietnam is WAY ahead with 2023 exports totaling $96.99 billion, compared with India’s $75.65 billion.

Vietnam is china's sweat shop across the border! Basically chinese owners of Vietnamese companies! Don't try to fool people. Surely, we've to do lot more! And we will do...400 paar failed due to many reasons and cannot be attributed solely to un-rosy picture of India. Western media propaganda backed by local parties played a huge role!
You're not fooling anyone! Move along....
