I had a classmate in high school who was a muslin from xingjiang in 1978. The school treated him with great favor. When we had a simple dish of vegetables without protein which we as Han needed too when we grew up and felt hunger, he got beef every lunch. He was tall and strong. We felt extremely unfair as Han.

Why should George Yeo reject his Chinese ethnicity? In Singapore and Malaysia we are encourage to be proud of our own ethnicity.
