You were spot on when saying that we tend to need constant distraction. I find that I cannot do any mundane task without some kind of distraction like listening to a podcast or something of the sort. You inspired me to really give this SR a go. I've been struggling to achieve my goals. I just don't have the motivation to do anything anymore it seems. When I'm trying to study and learn I find myself stopping to watch potatoes and corn in the middle of my session. It's really out of control. I grew up in the 90's too and I have also thought about how back in the day we used to have to call people from a landline. The funny thing is, it sure seems like life was still better back then. I had more energy, more imagination, more drive for everything.
