And can we do a 10" rundown like this
I’ve not tested enough
Does anyone know if those DD 2508s will fit in a ram 1500 or would the depth of the speaker be too big for the limited speaker boxes avail for Ram 1500?
I believe 2 maybe 3 at the most you can go with in the 5th gens. Maybe able to do 4 of those DD 1506's though. Keep watching MB he's about to bring that pressure with 4-DD1506's🔊🔊💨💨
DD 2508 is too big without a seatlift kit. So I was told. I have 2020 ram bighorn. 2 shops suggested that I use a box from MTI. They make direct fit boxes for our trucks. I loaded my stage 4 box with 2 memphis mojo 8s . Box is still being built.
Any idea when the Q class l7 8” will be back? I can’t find it anywhere
Discontinued
I'm sorry, the WHAT features? 🤣 for real though thanks for this video!!!
Not sure if the cone area has changed with the 2508d to the 2508f but the 2508d has 248cm^2 of cone area, still has 8 inch cutout, the Kicker has 282cm^2 of cone area, I cant find the cone area of the 2508f, if it hasnt changed then the Kicker is still the 8 with the most cone 😬
Why have you never tired tge psi audio 8?
He can’t keep parts
Toro force FIERCE has Strontium Ferrite Magnets
What happened to the nemesis team 8?
where can i order b2 audio in the US?
What no JL 8w7?
Are 8s better ther 12s
Which out of these would sound more like a jlw7?
The B2 Rampage might come close
@@M.B.Enclosures ok thanks appreciate u. Now I’ll get me a pair.🫡
You have a question.. I’m not looking for slp but I want good sound. I have a 2016 f150 4 door. I’m told I have to have a box under the whole seat. Not sure if I should do 4 8” subs two 10” or two 12”.. what’s your thought. Thanks!
I would say four 8s of your choice. Anything bigger, you will need a seat lift kit.
@@blackhornet25 the car audio ppl here said to do a shallow mount with 10 or 12’s facing down? Idk. I never got to hear 8’s in a truck
@mxr248 never heard any of the shallow mount subs before, but people around my area (augusta ga) that have heard them say the jl are the best ones.
Imagine a Q-Class 8 scaled up to an 8" by 8" cutout using a flat wound 2.25" voice coil on a neo magnet, dual spiders, and rated 1500w RMS.
American Bass VFL don't get a place at the table?
Nope
No on the mojo ??
Have you reviewed the Memphis mojo?
🚮🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️
And what about the wdx
I'm surprised the db g5 didn't make the stage
What happened to NEP Audio? Site is down saying they closed up shop? Hope nobody who prepaid to get the discount on the preorder for the new team ferrite sub gets hosed… Anyway; watched another vid from last year where you were pretty high in the NEP 8” with the 3” coil… Is it not on your table here cause it’s not available, or was it not top 5 to begin with??
Lastly, I keep hoping I’ll check your channel and you will someday test and give your opinion on the EM Audio Neo 8” and/or the DD Mini Z. Not sure if the DD can even be ordered anymore, but 2 or 3 of those is the setup that I’m after, just need to see at least one review or video or something before committing that much $$ to some 8” subs I’ve never heard or seen or read about.
no 8w7?
Not yet. But it’s a good 8”
What are the thoughts on memphis mojos mini 8s?
Garbage I’m trying to sell mine now
@justinerskine3002 interesting. I am now trying to decipher between sundown's X series v.4 8" or Gately's Alpha 8 or DD audio 2508. Leaning more on 2 of the sundowns for an underseat enclosure
Let’s get a best 1000-2000 watt amp video
It’s a shame DB drive was not mentioned. 😶
Wasn’t out at that time…but the G7 is a king
8w7 jl should be on that table
....it's in a league of its own for sure.
Unless JL sends him one. He won’t be reviewing it. Its definitely up there though. Alot of these 8s had looked into the legendary 8W7 when they were building them!
@@JMZAUDIO jl is still way ahead of the curve, many try to copy and all have failed
It’s not super 8”…more is a sq 8”.
@@M.B.Enclosures I know its sq, however I did a system a little while back with a pair of them in a sedan down firing into the spare tire well, it sounded like a pair of 15s beating the block down, as u know half the battle is the proper enclosure, loading and vehicle prep
