Yes, Dark Matter is AMAZING! As soon as I saw part if the first season and found out it had 3 seasons on iTunes I bought all 3 seasons! Until about 6 months ago I was expecting another season to come out because of the way it ended. Back to soviets time there was three types of...movies that was shown on USSR TV: serials, equal to regular TV shows, serial movies, which was a multiple full-lenght movies with direct chronological links, that can be combined in one huge seamless movie. And there was regular movies 1,5-2 hours long. So, im more like to treat 10th kingdom as serial movie for it's full-lenght episodes.
I watched this whole video, resisting the urge to skip ahead to see number one, but waiting and honestly believing that Battlestar Galactica would somehow not claim that honor. I was pleasantly surprised!
The magicians was such an amazing show I absolutely loved it. Also I found Stargate Atlantis to be more interesting than the original.... Plus it had Jason Mamoa
Yea, none of the "reality" shows that aired on SyFy at one time or another made the list. Shows like: Ghost Hunters, Destination Truth, Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files, Scare Tactics, and Face Off where my main reasons for tuning in to SyFy for the most part. In fact, the only title on this list that I actively tuned into regularly that wasn't a reality show was Being Human.
I was going to complain about not seeing "Sliders" on this list … but I forgot that it started out on FOX, and was only a shred of its former self by the time it moved to (what was then) Sci Fi.

The expanse was different level and it was inclusive without bumbly corporate America shoving it in your face which is crazy in the modern era
Eureka needs to be 1. One of the 5 greatest tv shows of all time
Finally a list that includes the best TV series ever, 12 Monkeys.
1: Lost Girl
2: Haven
3:Being Human
4:Warehouse 13
5: Dominion
Warehouse 13 was based off their mini series the Lost Room which was amazing
BSG, SG and SG:A must be in top-5 for objective reasons. Especially Battlestar Galactica. Its both sci-fi with sci-fi pseudo scientific...things and very humane long-term drama where everyone is gonna find something personal. And the ending of BSG is an undeniable masterpiece.
I'm so happy The Expanse was #2! I always raved about it to all my friends and it took so long to get any of them to geek out on it with me haha
I miss Warehouse 13. It did pretty much everything correctly
This list 100 times better then your old one! =D
If you guys are making a list regarding the best SyFy Miniseries, please don't forget Dune and Children of Dune. :P
I'm obsessed! I'd love to include this in my NEXT vids. 💯
Y’all really disrespected Lost Girl by not including it on the list. Wow
Defiance, Sanctuary, and the magicians!! I’ve just recently re-watched and binged on these. I will probably watch Defiance again in a year or 2
Do a top 20 HBO TV Shows of all time
1. Game of thrones
2. OZ
3. Chernobyl
the rest...who cares !
@@johndaman6322 I care...HBO has had many great shows. I'm partial to GOT and True Blood.
Sopranos, The Wire
Succession, true detective, westworld, watchmen
12 Monkeys was awesome.
I saw the tv series before I knew about the movie.
Defiance was great too and was so disappointed when it was just dropped.
Not enough people have seen The Lost Room. Truly a great series. I wish they had decided to turn it into a full series after its original run
My top 5
1) Stargate's
2) Firefly
3) V (the original)
4) Star Trek's
5) Continuum
Honourable mentions:
Falling Skies
Andromeda
Dark Matter
The Last Ship
Jericho
Perhaps you misunderstood the point of the list.
Why nobody talked about Bitten the werewolf show
@@DarthSebastian2001 I can't remember, was that a syfy show?
@@garthbigelow Yes it was I saw that show when it was aired in 2014-2016 but since then nobody talks about it to this day
Sliders #1. It's a shame that's not even mentioned here.
I know. I was getting excited thinking it may be the number one and then they say Battlestar Galactica. Like the hell with that show. Sliders and alternate dimensions of earth was awesome and it's last 2 seasons were on scifi or syfy.
@@KateSuhrgirlPlays Only reason I can think it's not there, by the time it came to SYFY, it was not as good it used to be.
Sliders had ended long after it was aired on sci fi. It was in syndication by then after orginally aring on fox.
Great choices as #1 and #2. BSG is such a perfect show, even the music is brilliant (the only TV soundtrack that's better than GOT's).
If you make a list of top 20 miniseries, please put "The 10th kingdom" higher that an honorable mention!
Tho I love this video I am absolutely APPALLED that Andromeda and Killjoys didn't make this list.
Stargate Universe and Haven should’ve made the list. Especially when mediocre shows like Z Nation and Van Helsing made the list.
SGU was fucking terrible trash
i'd forgotten about Lexx, but i'll never forget that "Smooth around the Bend" line as long as i live..lmao
I watched this whole video, resisting the urge to skip ahead to see number one, but waiting and honestly believing that Battlestar Galactica would somehow not claim that honor. I was pleasantly surprised!
Nobody says 'So say we all' like Admiral William 'Fracking' Adama!
I’m sorry, but “MEEKA??” Lolllll warehouse 13 was my favorite show and ya’ll diss Myka like that hahaha
Warehouse 13 came in at #5? That show was EPIC!!!!
The magicians was such an amazing show I absolutely loved it. Also I found Stargate Atlantis to be more interesting than the original.... Plus it had Jason Mamoa
Last time I was this early, watch mojo had original top 10/20 lists
Gonna try Expanse again and try Dark Matter for the 1st time
#1 Lost Girl You’ll come for Bo you’ll stay for Kenzi
Most of these syfy shows aren’t made by them, just shown on the channel! 🐯🐯🐯
I still loved warehouse 13 i got all 5 seasons on DVD!
I'm surprised that Robot Combat League and Face off weren't on the list. Given that they are SyFy Shows.
Oh so we fighting watchmojo and voters! WHERE THE HELL IS KILLJOYS!?
Yo fr man. Killjoys was my shit
Yeah both dark matter and killjoys came out in 2015. I watched both and was sad to see dark matter get canceled, but if I had to choose I did enjoy kill joys more.
Dark Matter was defenitly the superior out of the 2.
Killjoys was definitely the worst sci-fi-titled series I´ve ever seen in my life. Why the hell is this crap so popular? -.-´
Mystery Science Theater 3000 didn't even make Honorable Mention? Heresy!! 🤣
Z nation should have been in the top 5. Excellent show. Loved Being Human but Z nation was much better
I actually live near where z nation was filmed
if syfy didn't cancel every show after 5 seasons this world would be a lot better
Alphas was one of my favorite shows I hope they bring it back
BSG - #1 TV Series of all time, followed by Farscape and Lex, damn these are some great series. Newer ones like The Expanse really pulled me in but ALL of these shows were/are great! I would highly recommend "Lost Girl" which is a super cool take on Faeries, Werewolves, etc along with Grimm, great shows out there these days!
