NRIs usually don't have permanent phone numbers in India and mostly won't share US ( or other country numbers ) as it might linked to their personal profile. 3. In case you can have video on Vadagao Bk where lot of new schemes are coming in like Sundar Sanskruti, Paranjape, aqura etc. Also it has great connectivity to highway

You cannot get everything solved unless you have a plot open in all direction and having complete liberty to build as per choice. For example, west direction is considered correct for bathroom as per vastu and it is said that bathroom kind or things should not be made in East or North as per vastu. But what you suggested is opposite. But practically the way you suggested works better. So in one or the other way you have to decide where you want to settle.

Kindly cover stamp duty and registration duty of second hand flat...Suppose I bought a new flat for which total 68 lakh out of which 7 lakh was stamp duty and gst...now if i want to sale this flat at 70 lakh ...than will buyer agai have to pay 5 percent stamp duty to government which will make total cost 73 lakh to him.....Question is will stamp duty on second hand flat will be on differential rate of 2 lakh or on full 70 lakh ?? If its on 70 lakh , than no one will buy second hand property and sirf government k maje ...Initially government ne 7 lakh mere se kamaye first time nad now second year when i am selling government ne 350000 fir kamaye.....do saal mein 10 lakh government le gyi ...explain this please

My question is: 1. is it normal trends in pune? if so, whose name stamp duty be purchased? 2. Neede advise on what things to be taken care In case of cancellation of agreement we can get SDR amount back?
I am looking to purchase a flat and it has balcony on north side ,its east entrance flat but every bedroom window and hall balcony comes in north Is it good layout to buy ?
This very important as one investing lifetime earning in buying home and dont want to get disappointed later
