It is compulsory to form a society just after 2 months of possession where there are many flat owners are yet to get possession (50%). The project is of 2 buildings of 14 floors each, out of which one is ready for possession and the other is in construction (only 6 floors constructed). Please could you suggest as what is the rule related to form a society as builder is pushing for the same. Only 15-20% of all owners themselves are residing in the society whereas others are rented population out of all flats wherever possession taken. Please suggest as no one is ready to form a society until pending work from builder like amenities and other work is complete.

So I want to know, my wing OC was Aug 2020 and have not received any Property Tax demand yet. So am I liable to pay Property Tax post OC or only after all wings got OC? Also, is there any other doc called as Completion Certificate which is issued post OC or prior to OC?
