Informative video thank you! but don't you think this is RERA's responsibility to make sure builder is giving exact dimensions as mentioned in RERA ? Buyers should make sure to check.
Really good information. All new comers in real estate market must watch this video. I have seen multiple project where builder claims that the room size is 10'' * 10'' but when we measure it, the actual size comes 9.4'' * 9.3''. The same things happens with parking, builder consider half supporting beam in parking size but how can we park our car inside a beam ? We don't know magic like the harry porter used to do on railway platform. 😀

Sales person is saying that parking is allotted by random slots and. What we could do in such issues?
Very important and under rated topic...but never gets clear...Question - When i measured my flat it came up as 860 sqft and on registry its 970 sqft which does not look alike....builder ne pagal bna diya k baaki 110 sq ft internal walls hai which is practically not possible to measure....So question here is builder jo dikhata wo posession dete waqt measure kiya jayega or is there any rule agar kam nikalta even after registration will builder be liable ?
I have asked for the same before I take possession but builder simply denied saying ye sab agreement pehle karna chahiye, whole point is flat price package Hisab se chalta h ,no one ever get the size what is,mentioned on the document. My flat is 11 feets less.

At the time of possession If the total carpet areas is even less by 2 to 3 sq ft than whatever is mentioned in agreement then what to do? Can we take any action

Will you please elaborate more on this.
Thank you sir, but how do we negotiate the price, is there a legal route? As the builder would still sell it at the quoted price (off course with his own profit % margin) they might give some discounts
