    Informative video thank you! but don't you think this is RERA's responsibility to make sure builder is giving exact dimensions as mentioned in RERA ? Buyers should make sure to check.

    Hello Sir,
    I have a query regarding parking allotted by the builder for new flats. There are different size variants but during flat booking they didn't mention anything and while in possession we are seeing a small size parking space. Which seems smaller than the agreement size. Sales person is saying that parking is allotted by random slots and. What we could do in such issues?

    very informative, strongly agreed but as usual, builders sailing flat as packages like 70 lack all-inclusive. if the buyer highlights such type of point then the sales team told us (sir humare yaha to aisa hi chalata hai)

    At the time of possession If the total carpet areas is even less by 2 to 3 sq ft than whatever is mentioned in agreement then what to do? Can we take any action

    Hi sir thank you for this valuable information regarding area measurement …
    From this information I am confused about if the living area is 10x18 then living area has 4 walls … will this area of 4 walls each having width of 4inch will be from 10x18 or extra than 10x18 … as in brochure as per our common understanding the area shown in flat dimension are mentioned excluding walls … am I correct? Will you please elaborate more on this.

    As the builder would still sell it at the quoted price (off course with his own profit % margin) they might give some discounts

    Agar aapke video ke mutabik hum carpet area count kare area aur woh area builder ke diye hue plan se Kam hai toh hum kya action kare, builder ko humne usne bataye hue carpet area ka paise Dena start Kiya hai. Sir guide karein

    Very important and under rated topic...but never gets clear...Question - When i measured my flat it came up as 860 sqft and on registry its 970 sqft which does not look alike....builder ne pagal bna diya k baaki 110 sq ft internal walls hai which is practically not possible to measure....So question here is builder jo dikhata wo posession dete waqt measure kiya jayega or is there any rule agar kam nikalta even after registration will builder be liable ?

      I have asked for the same before I take possession but builder simply denied saying ye sab agreement pehle karna chahiye, whole point is flat price package Hisab se chalta h ,no one ever get the size what is,mentioned on the document.
      My flat is 11 feets less.

      @@venkateshbale6764 metro cities real estate is itself a scam ..sabse bdi scamster is government who register under construct properties and run away after taking 7 percent stamp duty and 5 percent GST...and does not give a damn whatever buyer suffers and second is the category of people who buy khadda khuda hua flat in greed of Free AC, down ceilings, cupboard and encourage these cheaters...but nothing one can do...born in corrupted system..have to live with that
