    Aww.. thank you for explanation Dr.
    I have skin barrier issue a couple months ago, dry skin, feels so itchy and redness. I apply Labore barrier revive cream, it is a new brand from Indonesia, and the rich cream slowly heal my skin, reduce my redness and moisturize my skin very well.

      Update after having applied this cream for about 4 months - 1. Has a great texture, feels very moisturizing without grease 2. When I was using it, my acne breakouts were beginning to decrease and since i could not apply any regular moisturizer, this was my replacement (for night time use). I do think it helped my skin stay moisturized, however since I was also on doctor prescribed medicines that time for my acne, I can't exactly say if this cream was THE ONE that did the wonder for me

It’s been a week and I have seen some improvement overall but still some patchy area, I use the LRP Cicaplast combine with LRP toleriane dermallergo cream and sunscreen daily and still using azelaic acid at night before moisturisers since it reduces my rosacea redness. I hope he answers but let me just say, If you mean to put the cream on then put your ret. On....it won't absorb and your wasting your tretinoids . But if your using your tret at night then a cream over it might work better. Or do rets at night and cream in morning . I'm just throwing that out there. Also ..wait 20 minutes after washing your face to use your retinol cuz your skin needs to be dry . For moisturizer...put it on your damp skin. It helps retain water in skin

    I’m a few months from 2 year battle with ruined skin barrier. Black smoke bellowing in my apt in NYC while i was exfoliating for bumps i was getting unknowingly that the smoke was coming oh and irritating me. I burned my face off and the black smoke attacked it, I’ve been in agony every since. I’ve read medial journals, seem derms that made me worse, I’ve done everything. I get so far but have never recovered. I have NEVER had any skin issues EVER. Lipids beak me out, HA burned me my attempt to use it to help me, Vit c burned me, I’ve spent so much money and still can’t get it to stop. Please help.

      @@Skynfyx thanks for your reply. i can’t use aloe in allergic. And my face can’t handle any spf. I have cysts on my face for nearly 2 years that won’t go away from the barrier damage. I’m way beyond a gel and Spf is the last of my concerns right now. I’m not sure the severity of my face has been communicated. I’ve never in my life had pimples let alone a severely damaged skin barrier from black bellowing smoke into my apartment that was so bad it was inside my freezer on my ice cubes, ruined all of my furniture and my clothes, and all of my walls turns completely gray. That was on my face while I was exfoliating and stripping my face that black smoke was getting into my face and because the dermatologist told me to not touch my face for two weeks I formed sis that to this day have not left my face and that was November 2020. I had hoped she’d be able to give me some kind of guidance but I guess it’s too severe for that.

      @runpainfree Рік тому +1

      @@self_lovecare thank you for commenting!! when you don’t have a skin barrier, water itself burns your skin. Avian face mist on my face with water to “hydrate” my skin it was burning my face real time and it was sent me back two weeks each time I did some thing like that one thing sent me back a month at a time and then it would take 3 months for that skin cell turnover because Skin was so bad and the barrier was totally gone. It takes so long now from my face to heal from anything now. Actually, the day that this happened was because I asked washed my face 20 times and I was just washing it with water and it was burning me and I didn’t know that because I never knew that water could burn your face because again I have never had any acne, redness, skin, anything that in me or in three generations on both sides of my family. I am Sicilian and I have very good skin. Up until this point at least I did. When the initial burn happened, I was told not to wash my face for two weeks and I now know that that’s actually what started it off to get as bad as it. It was because the oil production at my face was producing during that time is what started things to go left and get really underneath my skin, because the barrier was gone and infected it very deeply, but I didn’t know that then.
      through my own research as a health expert myself, I have figured out what it was on my face after the final dermatologist made my face bleed from refusal of listening to me. Because my skin barrier burned off from the black smoke in my apartment that then gave me irritation, and everything I was using to help was actually burning my face simultaneously: hyaluronic acid, anything inclusive, vitamin C and niacinamide was burning my face (which is in everything that you can fine for face), especially when it comes to the skin barrier, all of which are making my face painfully red and burned and there’s exceptional information on how all of these things can make your face red but no one discusses it in the way that it should be. Anyway, because I was using those things and it wasn’t addressing what actually happened to my skin I had now gotten perioral dermatitis. NATURIUM is the only skin Caroline that has helped me at all. And I have spent hundreds of dollars on so many different types of skin care skin care brands over the past three years to try to fix this but the only Brenda was consistent no matter what I did was NATURIUM by @susanyara. so figure out what it was, and how to treat perioral dermatitis with i had a medical professional in my family call in the prescription for me, metronazadole that I put specifically on those irritated spots.
      So that on top of my skin care that I have been using which was getting me oh so far the medicine for Perioral dermatitis is what I’ve been using now specifically on those spots on my face and it’s light years different. I’m still recovering because it was two years of complete burn and irritation and huge cysts on my face that were actually never cysts and literal things underneath my skin from those facial products that I should’ve never been using. So I will never be able to use hyaluronic acid on my face, niacinamide or vitamin C on my face ever again and for that reason my skin texture is totally changed on three spots on my face that are quite large, and because it was like that for so long and nobody was helping me it was literally up to me to help myself. Thank God I have a biology background I feel bad for anybody who doesn’t it went through something like this because I’m still dealing healing but much better. Thank god!

      When it comes to skin treatments, 'immediately and easily' always means disaster. As your skin turnover rate is about 24 days, there is no fast way to whiten your skin without destroying it in the process. Here I can only tell you to apply sunscreen (and do sun preventative measures) as an effective way to prevent sun damage (which caues your skin to produce pigments).
