    "The most beautiful people
    we know are those
    who have known defeat,
    known suffering, known struggle,
    and have found their way
    out of the depths.
They have a understanding of life
    that fills them with compassion.
    Beautiful people don't just happen,
    they're created through hardship."

Shi Heng Yi used to host a martial arts forum online. It was called Shaolin wolf. This was in the mid 2000s.
I met someone through that forum who changed my life. I am forever a martial artist because of it. And will forever be grateful to Shi Heng Yi for creating the forum.
One day some hackers screwed up the forum, SHY closed the forum and said he was not planning to reopen it. That was a sad day for me.
It's strange that this video popped up today - I was logged into my work Gmail account, I don't watch martial arts videos on that account. Must be a sign. I am glad to see SHY is still doing so much good for the world.

Shaolin Congfu is a journey to balance+harmony.
A man’s nature is in harmony with itself when he desires to be nothing
    But what he is.
A freeman is a warrior because a warrior is not a slave.
He must require strength because otherwise he will never attain power.
Self mastery is das ultimate form of power-
    Power itself.
