I have a 2011 glk350 non pzev base model rwd. I have changed the fuel sending unit and the passenger side pump as well. It still runs out of gas at 1/4 tank and not sure what it could be. I just installed a new fuel sending unit again and still does the same thing. Lines are fine with no issues or kinks. Runs out of gas at 1/4 tank
Hey man I have the confidence to talk to you. I have the left fuel level sensor short circuit to positive! Any ideas how can I solve it? I have no fuel gauge reading
My W245 mercedes supposedly has a 54 liter fuel tank, but I've never filled more than 49.5 or something.. and that was when I was already driving with zero range for about 25 kilometers. So.. Maybe under a certain level, my fuel gauge just drops off and doesn't show the correct amount. Because under a quarter of a tank, I seemingly loose fuel much faster. But everytime up to now that I've refueled, I always end up only squeezing in 47-49L And I can go like 80km on 5 liters, so it's a huge waste.. idk. Might look into it

My fuel gage reading only works from full to half (showing full when its on half tank and empty at half tank) and when the car sits for a couple of days low on fuel it won't start. the only way is adding just a bit of fuel and then it wrks normally. I don't know how to address the issue as it may be either the pump/left sending sensor or SAM. HELP!!!!!

I have a problem with pumping fuel from one side to the other and I am changing different parts to repair it and I want to see the same values on the both sides as a result. Having issue with Gas Guage as well. When I remove battery terminal and fix it back,guage read for about 15-30 secs and goes back to zero. Any possible fix please.?
@@bobbye4731 I did some maintenace including changing the speed sensors,both front and back. Afterwards, it started reading norwal again without any issue
@@bobbye4731 Had to my mechanic fixed it for me. Will be glad if you could talk to your mechanic about it please. They were close to where the tyres are

bad fuel sending unit float. Open it and adjust it. It could simply be stuck or damaged.
