      @The Anxious Resistance I think St John's worth and Melatonin. I have Valium but I won't take anymore.

    Thank you for all your informative videos. Unfortunately nothing natural has helped, specifically for my chronic insomnia.
    Can you please do a video on the newest sleep prescriptions? I know Quvivic is the newst one

Keep exploring and don't give up! Panic attacks will likely be treated best by a prescription such as an SSRI, SNRI, or other first and second line treatment. Have you ever tried any of these?
