- In this video I'm going to answer the question about which dungeon class you should play, and I'm going to go through the pros and cons of each class, which should hopefully help you choose. The Admins want to reduce the Damage Mobs deal so that you dont just randomly get oneshotted. But at the same time they also want to nerf every healing item like the Zombie Swords, the Orbs or the Wands from Rev Slayer, because now you can instantly heal full with like two clicks. They want you to slowly loose Health but also heal it much slower. So Healer will be quite important to keep the party healthy. But at the same Time Tank will be a bit less important, because the other classes wont get oneshotted anymore.

used to play almost all classes except healer when I had my pc. The problem with that I had was joining a dungeon lobby and getting kicked instantly. Sad times

11:05 update: spirit bow is now a shortbow too! I think it’s around 1m on ah and it’s nearly as good as juju in dungeons!

Well, I am a mage right now. But I'm on my way to the juju shortbow. After unlocking it, I will go for archer. Mage is too expensive. Weapons are starting to reach 20m+. But archer is cheap and good.
I go for mage earlier because aurora staff is op + starting weapon low requirement
healer also has the benefit of being almost unkillable and being cheepest class but you got some points
also at least f4-6 parties actually like healer cuz tanks have hard time in these
a good tank will always be superior in these floors tho

you forgot to mention that good master mode archers for higher floors need ferro mana and mana drain from mages to deal the max possible dps. ok u got the term archer mm correct. archer best mm can be disputed by mage as mage beam is pretty op as it can do int limit.
Archer does less dps than LCM but qol bers does more damage than both
I was a “juju non” for a while doing f5 and f6 but couldn’t do f6 that well because I couldn’t find tanks so became a tank so less people with have that problem
what armor is good for tank?
honestly... when playing tank, you don't really need a reaper mask, based on my experience, it's 10x easier to play on f7 with slime hat because no knockback, and if you have stuff like soul whip and gloomlock grimoire, you're pretty much good to go even as cata 30 without reaper mask, but you still might need some practice, f7 isn't like you get good gear and you can easily beat it, you actually need to practice a bit to start doing S+ runs
but honestly... i've been playing mage before, but because mage on f7 is locked behind hyperion, it would be much cheaper to just get a new armor set and a few healing items for tank, and luckily enough this made me drop a handle, so i can go back to playing mage, it's not like you have to play tank from the start, but once you decide to add an another class to the mix

It only applies to normal kb, but withers deal true kb, not to mention that tank passive kb resistance is bugged and it randomly stops working, so even if you got turtle with shelmet and played tank, you would still take knockback, unlike with slime hat that decreases the kb for 99% of things (the only thing that works is shockwave attack of maxor and storm)
@KA Flocrow nope, slime hat works differently
Shelmet only blocks normal knockback, so you still take kb from wither skulls, traps or goldor's claymores, you only don't take kb from mobs in the dungeon
Slime hat blocks true knockback, so it's just a shelmet but better, because f7 bosses can't deal kb to you at all (unlike shelmet which only blocks a part of that) however as a downside, slime hat sometimes makes you get stuck in lava without launching
Just play f7 and compare the results, unless you can't do it yet, like everyone uses slime hat in higher level parties for devices and luring storm... unless it's m7, then you need that ehp from the diamond necron head
@KA Flocrow then the wiki is wrong, shelmet doesn't prevent from true kb but slime hat does
Literally every serious f7 player uses this item, especially when playing tank or being assigned to do devices
@KA Flocrow did you check it during the f7 bossfight though? knockback works differently there and shelmets are basically disabled there (i literally have shelmet on my blue whale btw)
also if you're cata 32+, you can easily survive with just 2 goldor pieces as tank, so that doesn't really matter anyways
@KA Flocrow ALL classes take knockback during the bossfight on f7 regardless if you use shelmet, turtle or you're tank, not sure if it's because of the mobs or because f7 disables all knockback immunities besides slime hat... but if you get slime hat, lava won't launch you up 90% of the time, causing you to die after 5s if you don't react fast enough, so you have to use it only when it's necessary
you can play without it as tank, you'll heal much faster, but it will be extremly painful to lure maxor and storm
In short play mage until mastermode
The only thing I can memorize is dungeon secrets
My progression is
Healer(get carried in earlier floors) - Bers(Decent in sub t4) - Juju non all the way till m3 where i got a term and hype - healer(mm7) - lcm(mm7)

Me listening to berserker weapon progression after juju update:
you forgot about the midas staff, it makes the item gate of hyperion a bit smaller, like by, lets say 200m
because its 100mish for a 50m and about 150m-200m , but it does nearly the same as a hyperion *from what ive seen* and no req *unless you count money as one* the main downside is that, for people that SOMEHOW managed to afford one before storm and necro lord, its mana cost is the same as a hyperion
No I don't recommend it because it's not very versatile, hard to aim, bad for clearing, it gets blocked by carpet but mainly it blocks arrows, and your teammates will hate you
@@Gronkiy It really doesn’t block arrows, arrows still send hit packets, admins changed it recently. BUT THEY DIDNT. So now it only blocks arrows 50% of the time..

@@velqt When are you gonna be in a team with a terminator but still use a midas staff? Also that was patched ages ago, I love people talking about glitches they never experienced
@@thawsomepancakes3615 It still reduces damage of arrows because of piercing for some reason and also blocks some arrows.

Why did they put a requirement on Flower of Truth. I am now obligated to use aspect of the dragons wich sucs since aspect of the dragons is useless in dungeons

Spirit specter needs floor 6 completion
berserker isnt item gated, it is for mastermode as you NEED a terminator as you will get kicked from all parties without a terminator. berserker deals more damage overtime due to the bloodlust boost. so another point wrong, it is overall not too much worse than archer if you have same gear.

Berserker is the highest possible dps class because of qol bers

i wont get hyperion, finishing floor 7 is just impossible with my stuff. But i have the money. So what should i get, a bers setup with shadow fury or livid dagger fully maxed out, or a mage setup with spirit sceptre?

The thing is, i stopped playing for 2 years so when i got back, i sold all of my old stuff, and my minions made me so much money, i had some flint minions placed, and 64 e flint makes like 300k. So i could buy it, but i dont play much, so i dont have the requirements

can you shut about master mode as you dont even play it. the meta for m3 is 4bers 1 arch for higher catas a 3bers 1 arch one tank for lower catas. m5 is 3ber 1 arch 1 tank. m4 is 2ber, 1 arch, 1 mage, one tank, m6 is no dupes, and m7 is no dupes at high cata and 2ber 1t 1a and 1h. mastiff + traps = milestone 9. u dont need trap room, almost all rooms have it. you can also tether tank in lower catas.

Bruh I bought a bunch of mage gear and then they redisabled dungeons, so I made an auto brewer for intelligence and then they disabled redstone. So I grinded a bunch of money and got scammed 💀

you should NEVER play tank in floor 6. if you can squeeze enough dps in boss, you dont need the tank, the blessings plus a decent cata means that you can do terras pretty easily. you need a clear set for tank in mm, you have to have. aterm or you will get kicked from good parties. good teams in m3 dont need a tank. good f7 parties dont need tanks as they run 4mage 1 archer or 5 mages.
If you don't have a good party you will die in terras, and obviously if you are cata 40 you don't need a tank lol, but that's not the target audience
As a tank. I wholeheartedly disagree. I think my AFKing in boss is VERY helpful and EVERYONE needs me. (Tho seriously I’m only there for the Carrie’s lol. People do it for me cus I’m tanks and they don’t know they don’t need me.)
