I picked this album up in some hole-in-the-wall head shop in San Diego about 13 years ago. Never heard GBK before, dirt cheap and the album cover intrigued me. What a pleasant fucking surprise it turned out to be.

One of the best USBM band
I actually didn't properly venture down the rabbit-hole of SkEtChY metal until last spring and I feel a bit silly that I've been hearing this band and hearing ABOUT this band for months now and never made a deliberate effort to check them out. Good God, they certainly live up to the hype! Really methodical compositions and the way that tone rides with the bass is really satisfying. It's a pretty clean, crisp mix and provides for a proper appreciation of that bass. There's just a lot of good ideas applied extremely well, in here. Very intelligent songwriting, for sure. \m/

I was stuck on Judeobeast Assassination because it’s flawless, but I’m glad I’m finally able to move on a bit because Kosherat is a close second.
This was my first album and then I heard Judeobeast, this music is epic.

I'm like that with Morbid Angel and Satanic Warmaster. I love more then anything the formulas album from Morbid Angel and Fimblewinter from Satanic Warmaster. Both albums show both respected bands at their most intense
After listening to the album over and over, I've shifted from different favorites, but Vultures of Misfortune is to me, the best song on the album.
The intro makes me laugh everytime I listen to this album. But I'm with you, it's probably my favourite song on this album. along with a few others.

While the first two albums have many really great songs, they lack the consistency of Kosherat imo. This album is just great all around. I guess such is the bloodlust of the bearded hustlers.
This album is my all time favorite of theirs.
Intense, powerful, hateful, and delightfully melodic. Especially for a band of this calabor.

I got stuck listening to only Judeobeast Assassination for years. It’s still the best one in my opinion but this one has been growing on me the past few months.
Kosherat is masterpiece. Says guy who got into gbk because of chemin de haine.
The older material can sometimes feel like a collection of riffs rather than cohesive songs. Kosherat’s songs feel much more fleshed out and well constructed. Don’t get me wrong though, the first two records are near perfect.
