    if you watch the handoff from third to fourth leg in slow motion you will see in fact Laird got the handoff before Boling so it was a very close race. Laird did not "walk down" Boling lol Boling didnt "make up ground" lol Thankfully both teams got the baton around safely for these guys to actually finish as compared to Houston's quartet. Great race overall and yes Georgias 3rd leg made up alot of ground otherwise Georgia doesn't make top 5.

      Laird got it first but ran a much longer leg than Boling. This is something often forgotten when it comes to analyzing who has a lead in the 4 x 100 relay. Laird absolutely walked Boling down. You can see that Boling hits a certain marker on the straight-away before Laird does. Still, an outstanding leg by Boling because he held off two other incredible sprinters.

      @decaDBZ 3 роки тому

      @@dragorn3212 lol nah bulking up isn't the way, unless done in the correct way. Doing such with high rep weightlifting is never beneficial as the strength increase isn't enough to compensate for the weight gain. That kind of training give sarcoplasmic hypertrophy ie grows the non-contractile part of the muscle. The kind ya want is myofibrillar hypertrophy as well as longitudinal hypertrophy which increase the number of microfibres within the muscle and increase the fiber length, respectively.
