I do that myself becoming it gets all the grease out as well, I have Gerd and acid reflux and that work's so good 👍
Omg this the only way I learned to cook hamburgers. No bun we always used light bread

Back in 2008, i was lazy and didnt want to clean grease from hamburger pan so i got a pot and boiled my burgers totally.When done boiling, i put seasonings on and toasted buns. Everyone liked them.
My granny use to cook her burgers like this so 😋 thanks for bringing back memories

Yes!!!! We always ate our burgers and hotdogs on bread my parents didn’t have a lot of money we never had buns
I hate dry and thick hamburgers, this is the best method to make homemade burgers,thanks for sharing👍subscribed
