@@MisterJohnDoe not normally. Grunts in 3 and Reach aren't supposed to be able to use shotguns, Assault rifles, spartan lasers, sniper rifles, or rocket launchers. Yet put em on your team and they can not only hold but use those weapons just fine Oddly enough for some reason grunts in Reach are unable to use the Plasma Repeater and Concussion Rifle. Every other gun including all UNSC guns they can use. If they ever intended on the Fuel rod being in the game they probably have animations for heavy weapons (unless they just removed them entirely) so they might be able to use the Rocket launcher and skewer if u can spawn them with it. Also all the weapons they'd still hold with 1 hand cuz Bungie never gave them proper sniper animations
Well, Bipbap is a grunt ultra with an energy shield, while Briglard has no shield and just lugs around some weapons and munitions that he can't even use.
Bip bap was the last banished boss i faced and was easily the hardest fight even harder than the rocket laucher brute. He does so much dammage and had sheilds. And there is no cover around so it was easy to just get picked off real quick. Had to take out she jackel snipers first.
I fought these two guys last as well as a sorta joke. But man fighting bip bap was actually a lot more difficult than I expected. Having far less cover definitely made things much more difficult.
Try playing LASO honestly. Every grunt is pretty much Bip Bap (all ultra grunts with shields, upgraded disruptors, and higher health). It take two rockets or three snipes to kill each one.
just a small reminder, BipBap was using the Calcine Disruptor, aka the OP variant...just 1 shot is all it takes to end someone caught without their shield

It's funny how the Grunts are actually the real treath on LASO Infinite. Their shieldings make them almost invencible against explosions, and the Disruptor demolish shields.
Lore wise Bipbap is more likely to win the engagement over Briglard as despite the letters brutal and barbaric disposition over the former, Bipbap has more skill, experience, equipment, and training- only the best of the best Unggoy are selected and trained as Ultras.
And his bio does say him being a bodyguard in service to Tartarus during the covenant, so you know he’s more deadly. I do wonder if the too we’re to team up, how they would fair against stolt?

If it were a purely physical skirmish I think only Bipbap would present any real challenge due to the similarities in the training for Unggoy Rangers and Unggoy Ultras with their only minuscule difference being their fields of operations- Ultras operate predominantly on the ground while rangers operate predominantly in space. With Stolt just having the slightest physical edge, being described as unusually taller for an Unggoy- Uggoy typically measure anywhere between 4 ft 6 In - 5 ft 7 In and weigh anywhere between 248.3 - 260.1 lbs; Given this Stolt could be assumed to to measure 6 ft 8 In or 173 centimeters and weigh anywhere between 248.3 - 263.1 lbs.

theres a reason why grunt ultras are so annoying, cus previous halo games, they were ez to kill and not much of a problem, halo infinite changes that since all of them no longer weald plasma pistols and needlers, its disrupters which makes them super deadly on legendary and laso, and theyre no joke, hense they earned the ranks as cannon fodders, cus mostly the grunts can just kill you no matter what weapon you have
I kind of wish that all HVTs had some sort of shield/armor that made them more challenging. Some of the HVTs like the grunts and skirmishers felt underwhelming to take out.
The easiest had to be barroth the sniper jackal, and briglard. Briglard you can easily kill from a distance or run him over or something else, and barroth you can just sneak up behind him and then just murder him.
Honestly they made briglard to weak of a target. Horrible weapon, no shields, and a complete pushover. So many people end up killing him by accident or a marine doing it unexpectedly, before they even know who the boss was
The Banished Spartan killers should have confronted Master Chief at the same time, along with Escharum. If the Spartan killers and Escharum fought Master Chief at the same time, then maybe they would have defeated him for good.

Really goes to show just how important shields are in Halo.
Shields are all that differentiate a boss from a common enemy (except with Hunters). Once you get through those, they die as easily as any other.

Disruptors are super op. I remember one shotting enemies with these. I hit one Jackal and it exploded in an electric flash and died.
I was able to take out unshielded brute chieftains in seconds using the calcine disruptor.
Having more problems with Bipbap in legendary than with Jega'Rdomnai.
