No choreography.. it was practice every chance you got to perfect your moves and it was done almost anywhere you could drop a lino breakdancing and body popping is not just about dancing to the music its practice real hard my friend

Could never get an 8 count down but you play " Tour De France" and I will bust it out. Makes Fred Astaires ceiling and coat rack dances even more impressive because that stuff is timed perfectly. The most remarkable dance numbers ever
