Hi Mona what about premier protein powder and liquid protein shake... I’ve heard conflicting things about it? Also can you give a clean alternative to the not clean item? I’ve also heard Lara bars are clean and what about Atkins bars they are really good?
I loveee this series! Please release more, thank you for all of this informative information. I’m on the journey to better healthy and unfortunately the products that may come of as “clean or healthy” because they are vegan are 5x processed.

Love this new segment! I have an app that tells me which products are clean and not so clean, which is super helpful. I always use it when I buy makeup or skincare products. It's sad and shocking how much bad ingredients there are in both cosmetics and food!

what are your thoughts on olive oil and coconut oil? since you don't like vegetable oil, are these different?

I know this isn’t a specialty area but what about baby products? Food shampoos etc? There’s so much mixed information out there on what’s actually safe and organic and what’s not. A lot of baby food says “organic” but then on the list of ingredients it has a whole bunch of different preservatives. I know making food is an option but as a busy mom that’s not always realistic every day so just healthy safe options would be great
