This workout got my heart racing in a great way. I was sweating so much that my tabata instructor asked me what the heck I dud before our 30 minute session.
Ok so I just attempted this routine and whew chile I only made it thru 5 mins of it 😂 Lol but in my defense I jump rope for 5-10 mins before I do any exercise routines and I also completed one of their 20 min workouts with weights so I'm good 😌
