The exercise is supposed help and individual with their overhead position. It's a dynamic way of helping with different positions of the sections of the body while having your hands overhead. Ribcage down, neutral spine, thoracic mobility, and hip mobility. All while focusing on a property breathing pattern.
Great exercise! Looks extremely challenging, mobility-wise especially.
What does this exactly help/improve?
Any suggestion for contra/ipsilateral when utilizing one DB?
What kind of loading is appropriate?
