@@GreenArrow_007 yes, Jeff is weak. But he is definitely better than Kang. People don't use Jeff for his power but for his ability. In Kang's case, you need a perfect deck like this UA-camr here to counter your opponents plans. And if they change their plans after Kang is played then you are fucked as you planned for their previous plays. And if they are smart players they will retreat giving you less cubes.
Power-wise Kang is so much stronger, but I think Jeff fits in a whole lot more decks
