  • We neglect our posture at our own expense. Bad posture and poor physical behaviours affect not only our bodies, but our mood and emotional wellbeing.

    Rob is an integrative therapist (body and mind) and forerunner in posture related stress research, having worked with posture for over 23 years. He is also an author, speaker, educator, and health and well-being expert for ITV Central and BBC Radio. Combining his passion for helping others with a childhood love of superheroes, Rob’s talk explores how we may be sabotaging our mental health and emotional wellbeing with bad posture and poor physical behaviours. He shares his discoveries, from working with hundreds of people, and shows how easily we can free ourself to be a healthier, happier and truly, super human.

    Thanks 👍-rather inspirational-you reinforced what a former massage therapist had suggested-been in a wheelchair
    6 yrs, damn sick of "it". Psychological motivation and bolstering are a good kick in the glutes, or "ars".

    Screens can also be great...it would be difficult to read the newspaper on a treadmill 3 hrs a day like I do...

    Very interesting talk with loads of good advice that is simple and easy to practice. Recently had treatment from Rob and felt loads better the next day. Was I skeptical before the visit - to a degree yes - was I better after - 100%
