If anyone is ignorant enough to put their data on a server that gains access to personal data, is stupid. If an individual can't understand how to protect personal data then they should probably stay on iPhones and let the software do the thinking for them. I have had both android and apple, I do not hate either side but I do believe that the user interface is different and based on personal needs one platform might be a better experience over the other. The more this guy poorly attempts to assure people this app is safe and secure the worse the message comes across. To anyone who used this, you just gave someone access to your personal information, and even if you delete the app that doesn't mean you have deleted your data or the permission you gave the company to access your data.

You can back up what's app to the actual app itself. Once you get the new phone set up download the app and if you look in setting it will ask if you want to transfer data from an existing account. You will find the account code on your current phone (don't erase it before you are done transferring all your data). If you use the app a lot it can take several hours to overnight.

Try iCareFone perhaps? I've pirated it (won't lie) and it seems clean, it's been 7 months since I've transferred chats on my girlfriend's phone and nothing has happened since then. Backuptrans also work people say, but I couldn't find it for free so I haven't tried, haha.

Hey guys, I actually figured it out. It takes a while but you can transfer your notes from iPhone to [blank] by downloading google keep -their note taking app- then going into each note on the iPhone and clicking “share”. When the list shows up scroll all the way to the right past your other social media and click “more”. Scroll all the way to the bottom and you’ll see “google keep”. CLICK IT. It will then copy your note to google keep! You have to do this manually for each note but it’s better than nothing!!!!! I hope this helps!!

Hi. I tried to transfer whatsapp data from android to iphone. The desktop application asked to login with any account on the iphone device - but to do that I had to switch my sim from android to iphone. When I did this - whatsapp blocked me for 6 hours to enter into the iphone. Please help?
